It is our 5th family-owned and operated short-term rental property in Southwest Colorado Springs! This beautiful family-friendly home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms offering all the comfort and everything you need for a perfect family vacation or work trip: clean spaces, comfortable beds, two living rooms with sleeper sofas, a fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, Smart ROKU TVs in every room, a laundry room, and a nice backyard with comfortable patio dining, a relaxing hot tub, a gas fire pit, a BBQ grill, a playground for the younger guests and absolutely beautiful night views!

Colorado Vacation

The property was exceptionally clean! The neighborhood was quiet and in a great centralized location for Pikes Peak and the Royal Gorge. It is also close to the zoo and Garden of the gods. The host was very easy to communicate with, and we would definitely stay here again!

Plan to stay again! The rental was clean and Kristina was very easy to communicate with. She went out of her way to make sure a larger crockpot was at the house before our stay once I inquired. Location was great and easy to get to location such as the Zoo, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Stayed with some extended family and we all agreed we would return to the property in future visits.

Excellent stay!

The house was perfect for a group stay. Plenty of room to spread out, so clean and had everything we needed. Love the open kitchen/dining/living room combo for getting together. Extra living room nice for a larger group, but we didn't really use it as we enjoyed visiting together in the main area. Bedrooms spacious and loved having 2 sinks in the adjoining bathrooms. Having the downstairs half bath was very convenient as was the laundry between the bedrooms. Perfect home for a vacation stay. We look forward to returning with more of our family and friends! Thank you to our wonderful host Kristina who stayed in touch at every message preparing for our trip and while we were there. Absolutely wonderful experience!

Would absolutely stay again!

This rental was very clean, in a very good location, and the host was very kind. The We really enjoyed the hot tub and the checkin and check out process was very simple. We will absolutely stay here again next time we come to town!

We had a wonderful experience. Kristina was fantastic. She responded to us in timely manner with any questions we might have had. She is a graceful host. The check in process was seamless.We were there for my son's commissioning and graduation at the USAF Academy. The property was extremely clean and had all the amenities that we were looking for in a VRBO I would absolutely recommend this property and Kristina as a VRBO ambassador.

January weekend.

This property is very nice. Plenty of room for several people. The host is very pleasant and easy to contact.We would have preferred normal TV, not Roku but we're not familiar with it. Had a great stay!

Long Weekend Getaway

The host were super informative and allowed us to drop our bags earlier in the day so we didn’t have to hang onto them. The property was very clean and comfortable outdoor space was great.

Love this home!

Wonderful owner, house has everything you need

We had very courteous and quick communications with the owner. They bent over backwards to help in every way. The house was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities that a family would need to feel like a home away from home. It was convenient to all the tourist attractions we wanted to see, too. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again in the future.

Great house in nice neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and cute! The backyard had a bbq that we used and a cute little fire pit. There was also a picnic bench that you can eat dinner at outside. The kitchen came fully stocked with everything we needed to make dinner. We also enjoyed the large couches in the living room. The house was in a great location close to everything we needed. The host was also very responsive and nice. I would recommend staying here!

Great home, good location, close to everything!

This large home was great for our entire family to stay at reasonable price. The home was clean and well supplied, the backyard was adorable, and the view, while not directly of the mountains, was nice! We even got the pleasant surprise of watching a mama bear and her two cubs walk through the neighborhood! 😁 It was a quick drive to Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, about 45 minutes to Royal Gorge Bridge, at about 35-40 minutes to Pueblo and Pueblo Zoo. Plenty of places to eat and shop close by. We had a great stay and will definitely choose Kristina for any future trips to Colorado Springs! She was prompt to reply to any questions, and when we didn't know how to start the fire pit, she was quick to stop by and show us how it worked! Thank you again to our host for making our first trip to Colorado Springs easy and memorable.

I was raised in Hungary and have lived in Colorado Springs since 2004. My family has been hosting VRBO rentals since 2017 and have been Premier Hosts for many years. We love our family business, and are grateful to offer 5 beautiful rentals with hundreds of great reviews.

My husband and I have worked in hospitality providing five-star customer service throughout our entire careers at the Broadmoor Hotel and some other fine resorts in town. We have over 40 years combined experience taking care of guests! Our ultimate goal is to provide a wonderful stay to you with the highest level of service at our beautiful properties, so you can make memories, relax, enjoy all the amenities at our house and all the local attractions Colorado Springs has to offer.

This beautiful family-friendly home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms offering all the amenities you need for a perfect family vacation or work trip.

The main level features a welcoming front room with a 55" ROKU TV, a twin sleeper sofa and a wonderful farmhouse décor. There is a nice living room with a 65" ROKU TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a spacious dining room.

There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor: the master bedroom has a king bed and adjoining master bath with double sinks, a tub/shower combination and a separate toilet. The other two bedrooms both have queen beds and share access to the full bathroom with the tub/shower and double sinks as well.

The house is within walking distance to the beautiful Stratmoor Hills Park and only a short drive away from downtown, restaurants, shopping, movies and all the outdoor fun Colorado Springs offers.

There are plenty of parking available at this house: 2-car attached garage, driveway and free parking in the street in front of the property.

We highly respect our guests' privacy, but since we live only a few minutes away from this property, if it is needed, we are personally available to assist you in solving any issues 24/7 during your stay.
