Family vacation

In general the house was very good located, direct in a small street very closed to the center of Pollensa. We were 5 persons for one week and a problem was the privacy, because both toilets and one bedroom didn’t had outside windows. All three rooms were connected to a shaft which ended in the kitchen at third level with an outside door.Due to the fact that one toilet have no closed windows, everybody was able to follow the activities.

A wonderful central stay as a base

Large apartment. Nice rain shower. Beautiful roof terrace with loungers and cushions. Washing machine available. Bring your own basics, shampoo etc. On the corner of the street mini market with fresh bread and meats. Good restaurants nearby (like FaBrick, Celler El Moli, La Trencadora and La font del gall). To get to the garage use the route planner on your phone instead of the car (the car planner sometimes thinks the streets are wider than they actually are).

Wohnen wie die Dorfbewohner - wunderschön!!!

Pros: Wir fühlten uns wie Dorfbewohner, das Haus über mehrere Etagen ist echt toll, besonders oben die Küche mit der tollen Terrasse und dem Blick übers Dorf und in die Berge. Auch die Garage war ein großes Plus, da man sonst einige Minuten zu Fuß gehen müsste. Restaurants und Shops zum Flanieren sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und trotzdem ist es so derart ruhig in der Gasse!!! Wir haben es einfach nur genossen - traumhaft!!!

Très bel appartement en ville avec terrasse

Appartement en ville très bien situé, très propre, très fonctionnel. Avec une terrasse de toit sûrement très agréable pour manger dehors (ce qu'on n'a pas pu faire à cause du froid). Réparti sur 3 étages, mais c'est bien indiqué dans la description. Donc pas de surprise !

Pros: Dakterras en garage zijn een plus. Garage ideaal als je een auto hebt gehuurd. Er is namelijk weinig plek in de smalle straatjes in het centrum

Appartement de qualité

Une maison sur 3 étages, très bien aménagée avec tout le confort, chauffage et climatisation. Barbecue et très belle terrasse. Cuisine complète et confortable. Le plus, le garage où nous avons rangé notre grande voiture type monospace.

Great location

The best thing about this property is its location so near the heart of the town and to be able to pop out in the evening for tapas or whatever. The roof terrrace would be lovely in summer but it was too cold for us to use and the sunshade flapping about in the wind all night kept us awake. The top floor kitchen and sitting room is lovely too but very cold - we will remember sitting in our coats wrapped in a blanket watching TV! The rest of the house is rather uninspiring - utilitarian rather than charming, though the garage a major plus. The check in process via an app was rather annoying. There was a glitch which meant our details weren't recorded in the right place and we were bombarded with requests to fill it in even though we had already done it. Nonetheless less we had an enjoyable stay, thank you.
