Dunedin Stadium, home of Spring Training for the Toronto Blue Jays is just 1 mile away...easily walkable! Please message for available dates for any combination of the three units.
The Space:
The Coastal Casa! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit accommodates 6 guests.
Coastal Casa features include:
*LIVING AREA: Large chase sofa with pull out sofa and 50" Smart TV (ROKU)
*DINING AREA: Seating for 4 and extendable to 6
*KITCHEN: Completely stocked with everything you'll need. Full size appliances included. Oven, stovetop, microwave, Keurig Coffee machine, large fridge and freezer and large sink with disposal.
*Laundry Area: Private indoor laundry room next to kitchen overlooking the beautiful pool area.
*Bedrooms: Master Bedroom has a spacious brand new king size bed and 32" smart tv (ROKU). Full Master Bathroom (See Below). 2nd Bedroom has brand new queen bed.
*Bathrooms: Master Bath has double vanity his and hers sinks, walk-in closet and walk-in shower. Beautiful barn style door separates from bedroom. 2nd bathroom has a charming pink and white theme with single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo that was just refurbished.

* Use of Heated Pool (Heated when outside temps are 70 and above) Family-Friendly Pool/Proper Swim Attire Must Be Worn at All Times

* All Towels & Linens provided as well as a starter set of Paper towels, Trash bags, Toilet Tissue, Shampoo/Conditioner, Body Soap, Hand Soap, Dish Soap & Sponge, Laundry Detergent, Kleenex, Coffee & Creamer. Provided supplies is meant to get you started, and guests who are occupying the unit for longer periods of time may need to replenish at their own expense.

Guests will receive check in instructions 3 days prior to arrival.
Other Things to Note:
We believe in creating a wonderful experience for everyone who stays with us. These guidelines help ensure that you and all our guests have an exceptional stay! A confirmed booking with us means that you have read and acknowledged the following guidelines:
MINIMUM AGE to book is 25. THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits reservation) must be present for the duration of the stay and will be required to eSign a guest registration form after the booking has been accepted
UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount before booking. Base price includes the first 4 guests; additional charge for each guest thereafter. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee PER PERSON/PER NIGHT.
NO PARTIES: This home is not suitable for the following events: bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival.
NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside the home. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250.
NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: General check in time is 4PM and Checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
EXTENDED STAYS: For bookings that exceed 10 days, an additional Service Clean is required weekly. This additional fee can be paid through the booking site, or cash left for cleaner.
PEST CONTROL: In Florida, and many other tropical environments, it’s very common to see bugs and critters. We do our best to keep them out with quarterly pest service but they may occasionally sneak in or into the property. It happens and unfortunately some things are just out of our control. Let us know if you notice something and we will have someone come out to inspect or service as soon as possible.
PET POLICY: Non Aggressive Breed Dogs are allowed. $100 Non Refundable Pet Deposit (per dog) is required for Deep Cleaning after Departure (2 dogs max, 80 lb combined weight max) BREED AND SIZE MUST BE DISCLOSED BEFORE BOOKING and confirmed with a photo. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet in the yard. Pets are not permitted in the pool at anytime. We kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture.
Legitimate Service Animals are welcome exempt of a pet fee and MUST follow these ADA guidelines:
-Must remain under handler control at all times.
-Cannot be left alone in the property for any period of time (crated or loose)
-Must inform us of the task they are trained to perform and if they are needed due to a disability.
-Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by the service animal.
-Must be house broken.
Per booking site policy and ADA regulations, Emotional Support Animals are not provided with the same protection as service animals and are not exempt from paying a pet fee.
SECURITY CAMERAS - There is 1 security camera above each driveway for guest verification and your safety.
SHARED PROPERTY - WITH 1 OTHER UNIT. Each unit has private parking & entry. The backyard is a shared space.
USE OF GRILL: Guests are responsible for cleaning off any stuck food and spills as a result of their use. Food stuck to or excessive grease splattered on the BBQ grill will result in an extra cleaning charge of $50. Guest is responsible for following any specific instructions posted in the home or at the grill.
