It is a very quiet property with a quick 10 minute walk to the downtown, for a coffee or a meal. The house was very clean and well prepared prior to our arrival and we had zero issues upon arrival. There was very good communication from the management company for the property with very clear instructions and information for the property. The pool is saltwater and is very good to have to cool off and relax between beach visits. There is a ton of great restaurants nearby this residence, so you won’t have to go very far for any meals out. You have a very good patio set up for outside gatherings and a nice fire pit to sit around in the evening. We had an awesome visit here and will definitely rent this location again, on our next visit to Dunedin.

Great Dunedin property

Had a great time with another couple here over a weekend. Plenty of room for 4 adults. House is clean and allows for easy access to all the fun activities in Dunedin.

Great facility; great landlord

Our host was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. The facility grounds and pool were kept in great shape, being maintained weekly. The house was a great fit for our needs. It was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. An additional bonus was being able to plug in our vehicle in the carport!

Good location

Nice outdoor pool area. Walking distance to Downtown. One thing I would recommend is updating the bedding, other than that it was very comfortable.

Very impressed with this house. Location was perfect for exploring breweries and restaurants on Main Street we were able to walk everywhere. The house was very clean, looked exactly like the photos and the beds/sheets/pillows were extremely comfortable. Communication with owners was great and I will definitely be returning!

Hurricane evacuation place to stay

We had a last minute need for a safe place during the recent hurricane. They were very accommodating to get in safely before the stirm. The place was great! Clean, spacious, and safe!! The grounds are beautiful. Cant wait to come back for a girls weekend next summer.

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Dunedin B&B - Casa. Spent time relaxing around the pool and in the pool. The house had all the amenities needed. Found restaurants within walking distance that we liked. Walked along the Pinellas Trail and did some shopping and watched football at a local brewery. Would highly recommend. We look forward to visiting Dunedin again.

Location Location Location

We enjoyed this home so much! Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Milton. Good restaurants near by plus the middle of town is only about a mile away, an enjoyable walk. The property manager is very responsive. This house was very comfortable for four adults. The only reason I didn’t give the overall rating a 5 are minor issues like the front door weather stripping was partially missing.

The property was clean and well furnished. We loved the pool. One issue was the noise level between the large unit and the single unit that was attached. We could hear everything that was said in the other unit.

Could be cute with some TLC

Was disappointed after reading reviews. The BB pool and backyard are shared with one or two other properties. This was noted in tiny print under notes that I did not see before renting. The master bedroom bed, sheets, pillows, and mattress cover need to be replaced. Sheet came off every night and pillows were like pancakes. No extra fluff. Only 2 small ice trays with very few extras. Coffee cups were stained and some were cracked. The location was good and close to downtown. Communication could have been better, this property is through a property management company rather than individuals. We had to ask for check in instructions the day we were arriving. They did respond fast but used to getting the information a day earlier. This could be a nice property with some good cleaning and TLC.

We enjoyed our stay at B&B Casa. We were traveling with 2 dogs and our 3 adult childern. We found the place worked great for our family. We really never used the pool but enjoyed the table by the pool for gathering together. Our dogs enjoyed the pool area (the natural area in the back corner)as well for going potty etc. We enjoyed Escape Root Juice and Coffee in the morning as it is a short walk. When we walked to town we walked on Bay Street as it is a very quiet street and then to the bike trail into town. Everywhere was walkable for us. We rented bikes at Kafe Rader which they were great. We also got some nummy non alcohol drinks at HaleLife Baker and Bistro. We enjoyed all the breweries in town and they were all walkable. We rode bike to Tarpon Springs and hit a few breweries on the way. We did not spend much time at B&B Casa but found it clean, cool, quiet and perfect for us. Oh and again the pool area is shared with the other unit but we looked at it as that is how a condo or hotel would be. We were fully aware of this shared pool area so was not a suprise to us and the people in the other unit were really nice and we just kind of stayed to our own sides of the pool.
