The space
The Barefoot Parrot collection consists of 3 cottage-style units, available both together and separately. With comfort and great style, this spacious 950 sq foot 2 bedroom ground floor cottage offers modern décor and an open floor-plan, as well as a lovely private tropical yard that is all yours to enjoy.

Concrete block construction and private fenced back yard makes this cottage feel like an individual oasis. Yours to enjoy is a full kitchen with quartz counters, dishwasher, and in-unit laundry. And yes, we have an outdoor gas grill.

Curl up with a book, hit the beach, or stroll downtown to Dunedin's many restaurants, breweries and shops. Dunedin has been featured in top magazines to include Southern Living as a quaint beach town, you're destined to fall in love with this coastal gem.

Beds: For your sleeping comfort we offer a luxurious king bed in each of the 2 bedrooms and 2 twin sofa sleepers in the living room.

You’ll have access to the entire 2 bedroom 1 bath unit - approx 950 sq feet as well as a private outdoor area. On-site parking for 2 cars provided. Additional public parking available close by.

Please note, we’re committed to our promise of quiet time at 10pm. Our cottages are on a small downtown street. Fantastic thing about our location is that you can keep the late-night fun downtown, then tip toe back to the quiet of your own place. Please consider that all guests will need to follow this house rule. Gracias!

We also provide (1) high speed WiFi (2) Roku TV with Cable, Netflix, and Amazon (3) beach chairs, umbrella, towels, a cooler, *snorkeling gear can be purchased locally. (4) Children's items such as pack and play, rolling crib, highchair and stroller available upon request.

Pools: Looking for a pool and a fruity drink with an umbrella? A waterfront pool and public Tiki bar (18 and up) is 1 mile away with easy access by bike or 3 minutes by car. For families; try Highlander Pool (April-Sept) and a kids' Splash Pad. All just a short 2.5 miles from our cottages.
