Spectacular Montauk Sunset in Gated Community - Perfect for Families!

Escape with the family to this beautiful condo to enjoy breathtaking sunsets over Fort Pond Bay with tons of outdoor activities and cozy beach house style accommodations. Kayak, paddleboard, fish off the dock, swim in the pool or walk to any of the nearby restaurants including The Surf Lodge, Navy Beach, Duryea's, and the Montauket.

The main living area is an open concept space inclusive of the kitchen, dining room and living room. The unit boasts a recently renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinets & drawers + 2 stools to enjoy a quick meal on the peninsula countertop.

The dining room has a full sized table perfect for a family of 6 to enjoy a home cooked meal together.

The living room has two large sofas (one is a sleeper with memory foam mattress) and a 50 inch television equipped with Google Chromecast for easy streaming entertainment.

The Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed and mounted TV equipped with an Amazon Firestick.

The bunk room , once 2 closets but converted into a comfortable room to sleep, has a door to close so that your children sleep soundly while you enjoy your night. It has two twin beds, a pack and play and a white noise machine.

This unit is the closest on the property to the water overlooking Fort Pond Bay and has a large deck with secure fencing, two Adirondack chairs and outdoor table set that comfortably sits 6 guests. Additionally, there is a toddler water table for your kiddos.

Easy setup Cool Cabana canopy for shade at the beach, 2 backpack style beach chairs, 1 beach wagon for easy transport of all your beach items, sand buckets and shovels, child and adult sized life vests, two puddle jumpers for smaller children, beach/pool towels, single stroller, baby bathtub, Graco pack n' play, toddler water table on the back deck, toddler booster seat for meals, 25 foot expandable hose,1 paddleboard and paddle, 1 single seated kayak and paddle, telescope for star gazing.

Great place for a family stay

The place was a perfect size for our family of four - spacious living room to hang out in, and comfortable beds, wich is all we needed. All very clean, and a beautiful view to the bay. Beautiful area to visit in winter!

Perfect getaway

We loved staying at this clean, well-appointed condo. It was perfect for the three of us to get aways and it felt snuggled into the quiet and gorgeous bay.

Wonderful Weekend Away

We so enjoyed our stay! The view from the property is spectacular, so we were able to enjoy the beach even though we had bad weather. The size was great - we were four adults and fit comfortably. Tim was an excellent host, who promptly assisted us with any questions we had. We will be looking to stay here again!

Small gem with spectacular view

The apartment has a beautiful location, great view, and proximity to all the Montauk sights. Be aware that the converted second “bedroom” is very, very small and only appropriate for children.

Amazing apartment and amazing sunsets!!

Tim and Meg have created a perfect oasis for a weekend to a month in Montauk!! Everything you and your family could ask for is at your fingertips!! From a sound machine for our 3 month old to a wagon full of beach gear, this place has it all!! Our daughter didn’t ever want to leave this “hotel” which as fine by us….the deck was amazing for sipping rosè all day!! Can’t wait to be back next summer!!

Escape from Reality

My husband and I needed an escape from reality. Tim and Megan’s vacation home was exactly what we needed! Their home was immaculate, comfortable and well appointed! There are restaurants and stores just a short drive away. Since it is March, it was a bit too chilly for the beaches. We have never been to Montauk / the Hamptons before. We had the best time exploring! Thank you for sharing your perfect spot of solitude!

Great Vacay!!

The condo is neat and clean and has everything you need to cook small meals and relax comfortably. The deck is incredible! Amazing sunsets and lots of space! The property has so many fun things to do with kids! Pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball hoops were great for my active boys. We skipped rocks at the rocky beach steps from the condo and took a short drive to the sandy beach for waves and swimming. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby! So fun!!

We are a family of 5 who live on Long Island and love to spend our “off season” weekends in Montauk. This property is our “happy place” and we love to share it with others during the summer when we are unable to use it ourselves.

We chose Montauk for our second home because we love being out in nature and this town offers so many opportunities to do just that. Our community, Rough Riders Landing, is perfect for us and our kiddos. The gated community offers a quiet but fun place for our young family.

Our condominium has amazing views, as we hope you can see from the photos. We believe it has the best view in our complex as we are the closest to the water and aren’t looking at other units or buildings in the complex.
