The Space:

The scent of salt air greets you before you even step inside. Fifty steps from your door, waves roll onto Cocoa Beach's shoreline, while inside, a fresh, surf-inspired retreat waits to make your stay feel effortless. This is 400 South, Unit E, a second-floor home in a newly-renovated 8-unit aparthotel where every detail has been considered.

Living space

Sunlight pours through the common areas, catching the refinished wood flooring and stylish design touches that give the space its laid-back, ocean-chic character. The lounge area offers generous seating, including an extended couch made for settling in and streaming your favorite show on the Smart TV. Design cues nod to skateboarding and surfer culture throughout, giving the unit a distinct sense of place you won't find in a typical vacation rental.

Sleeping arrangements

Unit E sleeps up to 6 guests across two bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen - each offering ample closet space to unpack and settle in properly. Room-darkening shades help ensure restful nights after long beach days, and extra pillows and blankets are on hand for added comfort.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, featuring a Samsung stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided. A surfer bar with seating for four makes the kitchen a natural gathering spot, whether you're prepping breakfast or catching up over coffee.

Bathroom

The bright, single bathroom includes a large walk-in shower and a vanity with extra storage tucked into the adjacent closet. Hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and other essentials are provided, so you can pack light.

Location

400 South sits just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach, on one of the area's popular beachfront streets - a 5-minute walk to downtown and just steps to the beach. A gated community sits across the street, surrounded by well-kept homes throughout the neighborhood. Outside, you'll find a private backyard, a gas BBQ grill, and beach essentials like towels, an umbrella, and snorkeling gear ready to grab on your way out the door. Cool off in the shared outdoor pool, heated and open 24 hours all year, or charge your EV right on the property. Self check-in and a smart lock make arrival simple, and pets are welcome to join the trip.



Guest Access:

We provide keyless entry with digital door locks.



The Neighborhood:

400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to ocean - think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around.



Getting Around:

Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.



Regarding the 6 guest occupancy, we have a king and queen bed which can comfortably sleep 4 guests. We provide a trifold floor mattresses to sleep one more guest. We also have a couch that can sleep 1 additional guest.
