Super cozy condo 1 mile from the beach. Quiet and clean. Amazing restaurants and mini golf less than a mile away. We stayed during a week with terrible weather for a beach vacation and still had an amazing trip.

Very nice and clean

The condo was clean from top to bottom and very comfortable. The community was also very family friendly. The proximity to downtown Rehoboth Beach qas perfect. All and all 5 stars!

Convenient Rehoboth Location

The 2 bedroom condo was conviently located to US1 and back door entry to Rehoboth beach. The 2 bedroom 2 bath was a nice layout with the living space between the two rooms.

A nice getaway minutes from the beach!

We really had a great stay in this unit! Amenities are what you expect (other than some strange omissions - no tissues for instance felt strange), having two full baths was nice. Whether we were Lyfting or driving, it was very easy to get to downtown Rehoboth. There IS a pool pass in the kitchen drawers, guests can park in any unmarked spots (for some reason that wasn’t fully clear to me 🤷🏻‍♂️)

Great spot

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our family of 3. We enjoyed the location a proximity to multiple beaches and shopping area.

The space was very conforting and the surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. Space was clean when we entered and all general essentials were already at the space before we arrived at the property. Would love to stay here again.

The surrounding area of the property was quiet so it was easy to sleep at night. You did have to drive to find something to eat. Besides that the property was great. I would like to stay here when I come back on vacation.

Great birthday present to me!

Location was excellent, convienient to shopping, dining and the beach and boardwalk. Also around the corner from the Y so I could work out. Accomodations and amenities were superb, exactly as described. This was my 3rd involvement with a Vacasa property in the past month. I brought a group of seniors down for 3 days in September, a co-worker spent a girl's 3-day outing at another location and lastly my personal stay for 4 days. Each location was as described plus some. I would highly recommend and will definately do again!

Good Location but Other Issues

Location was great. Very convenient to all Rehoboth has to offer. Townhouse itself was nicely decorated and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Issues: 1) Ants in kitchen. Seems to be an ongoing problem since there was an ant trap on deck and ant spray under sink. Vacasa brought traps when requested. 2) VERY thin walls/floors. Could easily hear conversations from townhouse above and below! Running and crying kids above were very loud and woke us early on a few days. We felt bad playing games later at night because we felt certain we were probably annoying someone with noise. 3) No lock on door to keep unwanted people out. Had an unsettling experience with an incorrect entry by a Vacasa person. Freaked me out and made me realize how vulnerable we were as anyone who knew code could enter while we were there. I prefer locks that cannot be breached if occupants choose to use them from inside. 4) Cleaning was not thorough. Very dusty. Kitchen floor was dirty. Walls had many marks that could easily be removed during a thorough cleaning.
