Fully Equipped Kitchen with all the Cooking Utensils, Microwave, Full Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Food Blender, Sink with Hot/Cold water access, and complimentary cooking essentials will be provided.
The space
-Brand New Remodeled home, Amazing home for business travelers, groups, or families to stay in Las Vegas! there are 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. AWESOME Kitchen for food prep and dining room to lounge. Living room with couch. Outdoor area with a non heated pool and Sofas to enjoy and relax.

-Living Spaces will include a large sitting area with comfortable seating arrangements for all your group needs. Large TV's with complimentary Netflix and Disney+, and Local channels to give you a great start on your stay.

-Main Suite Bedroom will include a Comfortable King Bedroom Suite with private Bathroom and Access to the Pool. Complimentary toiletries and bath essentials will be available in each stay.

-TV available with Netflix and Disney+. Kitchen - Fully stocked with new dish-ware, cookware, pots and pans. It is also stocked with spices, coffee and creamers. Ample cabinetry and plenty of counter space. Full Refrigerator and Washer/Dryer inside the house with complimentary detergents to give you a fresh stay from beginning to end. Laundry detergent is available per request.

-All Full Bathrooms will include complimentary toiletries, amenities and shampoos to complete your stay. Clean and comfortable bathroom towels and essentials will be available for you to enjoy. Additional Complimentary bedding and pillows will be provided when requested.

-Complimentary Coffee is provided for each stay.

-All TVs are Smart TVs for online streaming. No Cable.

-BBQ Grill is available for your request. Propane is not available. All guests will be responsible to do their own exchange propane rate. Additional fees do apply for delivered new propane tank.

-We may have scheduled maintenance workers e.g. lawn care, pool maintenance, repair work that may need access to home or yard. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.

-Safety devices installed: Ring Device on front door. Exterior security cameras.

-Driveway - Can hold up to 2 cars. Please do not park on the grass.
Guest access
Please note - all door codes, information and WIFI info will be sent to you by message days prior to check in. Check your message inbox in the booking site message forum . Guests have access to all home and backyard except for any locked doors marked "Designed for Staff only".
