It's the perfect place to make unforgettable memories with your family. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom luxury home spans 2500 square feet and offers resort-style living.

And the best part? Your insurance is already included in the nightly rate, so no need to worry about additional insurance. The home features three high-quality King beds, with two bedrooms offering amazing lake views. You can enjoy the lake views from the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. Plus, there are two large decks, four outdoor tables, a private dock, and a lily pad. For entertainment, there's HOA access to a shared pool, tennis courts, gym, golf course, and Lake Park. The property undergoes thorough deep cleaning and sanitization, and it offers 24/7 self-check-in.

The private dock is best suited for boats up to approximately 23–25 ft in length and around 6,000 lbs.
If your boat has a tower, it should fit if it folds down. Clearance is about 4 ft.

Our stay was amazing. Terrific views, clean house, and the information the hosts provides before your stay guarantees everyone has a great time. Definitely worth it! Large home with space for everyone to get away and relax.

It’s clear this owner loves the property and its guests! Everything was extremely well kept and appointed. We all appreciate the dog friendly aspect, too. Great dock and location on the lake - would highly recommend and love to return.

Perfect Getaway

Point venture was nothing short of amazing! The house over exceeded expectations. Nice and clean. Comfy beds. We had a family of all ages and it accommodated us perfectly. Elizabeth was a great host and provided great insight on activities near and where to get food. I would 100% rent again!

Memorial Weekend Family Fun!

This home was perfect for our 3 families. Plenty of space and fully loaded with pots, pans, dishes.....everything! The swimming pool and lake are just a short drive. We rented a boat through Liquid Thrillz and had an EXCELLENT experience. The pics on this home do not show how clean, beautiful and comfortable it is. Way better in person! If we come back to Austin, we will rent again!!!

Great stay in PV

Stayed in October 2024. House was exactly as advertised; well appointed and very comfortable. Communication with Liz beforehand was seamless. The neighborhood is very nice and we enjoyed all the deer around. Short car ride to the marina restaurant which was pretty good and relatively crowded on a Tuesday. Only house suggestion would be to extend the plank to the dock so you don’t have to step in the goopy water to get there. Could be an easy adjustment. The neighbors dock was much more accessible. Thanks for the hospitality!

Beautiful and very clean. We had our annual Lake Travis trip and had a wonderful time out on the lake. The house was wonderful however the boat dock was a bit challenging to keep our boat and pair of skis tied up due to the dock cables and the dock being on the main lake receiving a lot of wake beating up the boats. Overall the house was very clean, check in was easy and Elizabeth the host was exceptional!

Beautiful house and exceptional service!

The property is amazing - with spacious rooms, elegant and comfortable furnishings, great views of the lake and fun dock from which one can fish or jump in the water to cool off! And Elizabeth and team were wonderful to work with - answering every question and catering to every wish! Can't wait to return one day!

Amazing Views, Great Communication, Plenty of Room!

From the start, great communication with the owner! They were very accommodation! We pulled into the neighborhood and OMG, the amount of deer! EVERYWHERE! Never seen that before! Family caught good size catfish off the dock. Water was really low and had to walk down rocks to get to the dock where we hung out. The only downsides were The Lily Pad had tears in it, the LARGE family float had a hole in it so we couldn’t use it and the the grill utensils were dirty and needed to be washed. Other than that, I would def go back with the family! Water was warm, perfect for the family! Ty for having us!
