The Top Floor Beach Getaway was exactly what we were looking for. This is our third summer going to Old Orchard Beach and this stay was the most convenient we have had. Being just a few steps from the beach was a game changer, especially with having small children. The walk to town was convenient as well (about 10 minutes). The patio and grills were great for cooking and hanging out in-between the beach and town. The condo was nothing too fancy but it was clean and had everything our family of four needed to have an amazing vacation. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Perfect Family Getaway Despite the Weather!

Our family of four, including two teenage girls (12 and 14), had an amazing time at this cozy third-floor apartment, even though the sun wasn’t always on our side. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable, just a few steps away, which allowed us to make the most of our stay, rain or shine. The location is perfect—close enough to walk to the pier for some fun, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The apartment itself was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen and living room space were comfortable for our family, and the bedrooms were more than adequate. The convenience of having a private parking spot was a big plus for us considering the dense area. We didn’t use the grill or picnic area, but it looked like a great space for a sunny day. Mary, the host, was fantastic and very responsive! 10/10 Overall, despite the less-than-perfect weather, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this spot to other families. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Mother Daughter Trip

My mom and I spent four nights at this property. It is on the smaller side, but perfect for the two of us! The host is amazingly communicative. This rental is truly only steps from the beach. My mom and I enjoyed sitting on the porch, reading, and chatting. We even loved using the Roku to watch old episodes of The Price is Right and other shows. :) It was really nice to have a private parking lot, as parking can be difficult in the area. I would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Cozy place near the beach

This is a cozy third floor apartment. The kitchen/living room space was comfortable. The two bedrooms were on the small side, but adequate, with the closet for both rooms across the hall. The bathroom was good size, but could use a bit of an update. We sat on the outside porch quite a bit, which was really nice. Although we didn’t use the grill/picnic table area, it’s a great space. The beach is just a few steps away, which was awesome! The pier is a short walk to get to, but far enough away to be able to leave most of the noise and crowds behind.

Great beach getaway!

We enjoyed the prime location near the ocean. The amenities were great. Short walk to the pier and parking was a breeze. There is also a convenience store 2 minutes away which is always a plus!

Great spot!

What a great spot basically right on the beach, walking distance to the pier, and right across the street from a delicious breakfast sandwich from Moby Dick's! Host were fantastic! We will be back

Great place!!!!

Great place for a family - steps from the beach, amenities of home, fans/air conditioning unit, close to other cities in Maine, etc. Being able to do laundry prior to traveling home was AMAZING! We were fortunate to meet the hosts in person - they were extremely pleasant & engaging. Will definitely be coming back & highly recommend!!

My husband and I love to travel and now we love taking our little son and daughter for adventures as well. We are both very clean, healthy, love to prepare most of our own meals on vacation, enjoy both relaxation and trying new things.

We have enjoyed vacationing in Old Orchard Beach for over 12 years and now we are thrilled to have a home of our own. Some of our favorite things include: morning runs/walks while the local shops are just opening up, walking to the pier for pizza or to ride the amusement rides, getting ice cream at Fielder’s Choice and fudge at the candy shop, and of course, sitting in the sand, splashing in the waves, and enjoying the amazing view.

We love welcoming guests and are excited to think of the memories they will build at this beautiful beach.

We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do!
