Watch closely - dolphins swim by daily and Shrimp boats can be seen heading in and out. Be in awe of the glorious sunsets. This villa has been decorated with detail. The ceilings throughout have been ship-lapped and give you the feel of a being on a ship. The floors are all in California bamboo keeping it cool even on the warmest of beach days. Head out your back deck to the boardwalk...bring a chair and a cool drink - its time for vacation to begin!

Enter this villa to an open living area. Hurricane rated sliding doors and adjustable blinds anchor the far end of the great room. The living area has comfortable furnishings, complete with a Queen sleeper sofa. Stream your favorite Netflix and Prime Shows on the 50" Smart TV. The kitchen seamlessly opens to the living area. Prepare meals on the stove with a built-in air fryer while enjoying views of the coastline. Stainless appliances and granite counters. The stacked whirlpool wash/dryer is in the pantry just off the kitchen for your convenience. Stools at the kitchen island are a great spot to chat about the days memories. The dining table is a perfect gathering spot for meals, puzzles, and cards! The table seats 6. Head out to the deck and its dining table. This makes the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails and unobstructed sunset views!

Off the main hall is a full bath with a shower making it perfect for your guests. Notice the bead board walls and nautical mirror! Continue down the hall to the master suite. This room is the perfect retreat at the end of a busy day. A king bed, TV and working desk area finish off the suite. The master bath has bead board walls, vanity and tub/shower combo.

Bring your favorite fluffy SMALL four-legged pup! This villa allows for (1) small dog. Additional pet fee applies. The owners have provided wifi, linens, & bath towels
