The living area features hardwood flooring, two sofas (one is a sleeper) and a HD flat screen TV with Comcast cable and a Blu Ray DVD player for your favorite movies. The extra windows offer great natural light and the covered deck is a welcome respite from the hot summer sun. The dining table seats four and has a convenient pass through to the kitchen for easy home-cooked meals and entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything for in house family dining with a washer/dryer conveniently located in the utility room in the kitchen.

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
