Enjoy a comfortable stay in this inviting one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo with convenient waterfront access—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and an accessible full bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, built-in seat, and safety bars for added comfort and security. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space for guests.

The open-concept living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, range with oven, dishwasher, and microwave—ideal for preparing meals during your stay. A dining table with seating for four offers a cozy place to gather, while the living room provides comfortable seating for up to five guests.

Step outside onto the walkout patio and enjoy the peaceful waterfront setting as boats pass through Round Lake—it’s the perfect place to unwind.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and is just a short walk from downtown Charlevoix’s dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries.

Each condo at the Edgewater Inn is individually owned and uniquely decorated, offering a fresh and personalized experience with every visit. With 47 unique units, a variety of amenities, and a friendly staff, guests can enjoy a welcoming home-away-from-home in the heart of downtown.

Enjoyed our stay, beautiful view. You need a few hangers in the closet, a decent sized coffee mug, and a luggage stand that will hold an average suitcase. These small improvements will definitely improve your guests stay.

Beautiful Round Lake Views

Nice getaway in Charlevoix overlooking Round Lake. Within walking distance to shopping and many nice restaurants in downtown Charlevoix. Short drive to a very nice public beach also in downtown Charlevoix. Other walkable towns are also a short distance away for lunch or dinner. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the parade of beautiful boats entering and exiting the Charlevoix channel. Thank you.

At Water's Edge

Condo was very comfortable, clean and quiet for the two of us. Comfy king bed; updated bathroom and small but very adequate kitchen area. Would have been nice to have an oven but we made do. The view of Lake Round from our porch was so enjoyable to sip coffee or a cocktail and watch the boats. Loved it! Would definitely consider the Edgewater Inn for our lodging again.

The room (condo) was spotless, had everything I needed, and the view was stellar — SO nice after a long, hectic day to just be able to sit on the patio watching the harbor, and to also be able to make my own dinner and breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen.

Uncomfortable futon

Unfortunately the futon was so uncomfortable we couldn’t even sleep on it. We didn’t stay the second night because we didn’t want to have stay on the futon.

Hello Pat, Thank you so much for the feedback. We did have some issues with the internet connections. They have since been resolved.I unfortunately did not receive any messages from you so I missed this issue. I have noticed that laptops do need to be connected a bit differently than phones. Room deciration

Decoration of room not at all comfortable for either of us. Very uncomfortable decor room not cleaned at all excepted for occasioal waste basket. Bed was never made or changed . For price I paid I would expect more. l. Enjoyed outside room in city.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a great location, right in town. definitely its biggest selling point along with a beautiful waterfront view. It also felt roomy for a one bedroom unit. Overall the unit was clean and a nice alternative to a traditional hotel. Unit could use some decor updating and the shower door was detached (and in the closet) so there was an ill fitting shower curtain instead. You could hear the footsteps above the unit but luckily the primary bedroom was equipped with a white noise machine. We were very disappointed to be notified last minute (and without any apology or willingness to discount or offer anything in return) that the pool, fitness center, sauna, etc would all be closed for maintenance and unusable.

We appreciate your suggestions about updating the decor, and we’ll look into the shower door issue right away to make sure it’s resolved. We're sorry to hear about the maintenance closures and that this impacted your stay. We understand how disappointing that must have been and will certainly work on improving communication in the future. However, we did email and call every guest before arrival, and we have a huge disclaimer on our website to help communicate this situation. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent stay. Very nicely renovated condo. Hard to beat the view of the Harbor. Kitchen had what you needed to cook meals. Coffee pot. Nice tv though did not use much it was nicer than most places we stay.Room was very clean and spacious. Nice to have a Kingsize bed,though could maybe use an update but was fine. Overall great room. I would definitely stay here again!
