Rent this magnificent home and enjoy the majestic views of the San Juan mountain range and overlooking the San Juan river. Not many homes have what this home has. Views, comfort, close to fishing, hunting 15-20 minutes to Wolf Creek for some of the nations best snow!

This home is on 2 levels. The main entry level has the living room, kitchen, dining area, small office area, laundry, master suite and 1 other bedroom, with access to a large deck overlooking the river and shows off some great mountain views. The living room has very cozy furniture to enjoy the family gathering, watching TV or enjoying the fireplace with a good book. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and is large enough for a couple cooks in the kitchen! The dining area is open to kitchen and the living room and is plenty large for the size group of this home. There is a perfect desk in the corner, with the best views, for those needing to work while they are playing. The master suite has a king bed, access to the deck with views, and large full bathroom. There is also another bedroom on this level with a full bed and private bath.

Down the stairs are 2 more bedrooms and 1 full shared bathroom. One room is a queen bedroom and the other has 2 twin beds. Both have separate heating units and stay very cool in the summer. Both have access to the lower deck.

There is also a pull out sofa.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home does NOT allow pets. If any pets are brought to this property, there will be a non-negotiable $500 charge.

This is a lovely home. There were lots of hummingbirds and deer. There is no river access, but you can see and hear the river from the home.

Relaxing Stay

The property is very nice overlooking the river. There is community access to the river for fishing. Everything you need is in the house.

Such a lovely spot!

We just loved our stay at this home. The views and sound of the river were incredible and the house was equipped with everything we needed. The space was perfect for our family and so well cared for. The property manager was ready and available to answer any questions we had and she made us feel so welcome. We will definitely return for another stay.

Enjoyed watching the hummingbirds. The house is new, spacious and clean. They have a Keurig so bring your favorite coffee. They have an air fryer as well. VIP Services of Pagosa Springs took care of the reservation and concierge service. VIP Services maintained contact with us throughout the stay to make sure everything was ok. Made day trips to Durango, Silverton, Wolf Creek Pass (Lobo Scenic overlook), Southfork (Ramon’s Mexican Restaurant), Creede (Coffee on the Fly), Freemons General Store / Restaurant (beer battered fry’s and awesome hamburgers) heading towards Lake City from Creede off Hwy 149) Highly recommend this place if you just want to do nothing and do it well.

July Family Vacation

This is our 2nd time to stay at this property and it was excellent again! We absolutely love the location and the view of the river and the mountains. You could be content just sitting on the deck and watching the hummingbirds, listening to the river and stargazing at night. Don’t worry that there’s no AC - the house stays cool all day long, and is very clean / organized. We really appreciated the guest services stocking the fridge for us and help plan excursions. There’s so much to do from fly fishing, tubing, horseback riding, golf, hiking, the Springs resort, etc.We highly recommend this rental and VIP property management!

Amazing views and amazing house!

My family had a wonderful week together enjoying listening to the river and admiring the amazing Mountain Views that seemed to change every time we looked at it! The house was perfect!!!! Clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend this home. (The ONLY thing it needed was a few more towels, but everything else was PERFECT!)

The cabin was spotless and SO comfortably furnished. We cooked most of our meals. The kitchen was stocked with ANY tool I could have wished for and beyond. This is a nature lovers dream cabin. We hiked, fished, and explored the area of Pagosa . Go see Treasure Falls , Lobo Outlook, and Chimney Rock!! Would be perfect for skiing at Wolf Creek. We also enjoyed the river rafting with Pagosa Outside and ask for Craig at Let It Fly for a fishing guide!! And of course you can’t miss the natural hot springs at the Springs and the spa was amazing!! Ask for David at the spa for an amazing massage!! Everything about the trip was wonderful!! Thanks Pagosa for wonderful family memories yet again!!! And we WILL be booking this cabin again when we return. It was the best location and most comfortable rental!!

It had everything we needed or wanted--kitchen appliances (air fryer, crock pot, waffle iron), condiments in refrigerator, nice dishes and cookware, relaxing balcony with heat lamps, comfortable living area. I would like to clone this place and take it with me on all future vacations! In the past, I had a bad experience renting through a management company so I was apprehensive. VIP Vacation Services was excellent to work with and was in constant communication with us.

Summer Vacation

This is a wonderful property situated overlooking the San Juan River with Mountain View’s towards Wolf Creek Pass. The home has high end appliances, luxury touches and is in a great neighborhood. We were a little concerned that there was no AC (coming from the TX heat), but it was not needed. Temps ranges from mid-40s to mid-80s in August. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, fishing and playing in the river and looking at the stars & Milky Way! Fantastic time to relax and recharge!
