Quaint, private space with separate entrance located in larger vintage home (circa 1915). This space is located on the upper level (must climb outside stairs to enter). Just a short walk to historic downtown, the Andy Griffith Museum, Wally's Service Station, Squad Car Tours, and the amphitheater. (Not ideal for handicap or disability situations due to entrance stairs)

Perfect little apartment for two! Unique vintage decor that fits the locale. Quiet and safe. Walking distance to main street which was perfect for the Autumn Leaves Festival. Darryl was responsive to all questions.

Apt was comfortable, the neighborhood was good and most things were within an easy walk. We enjoyed our stay in a vintage style apt. The owner was helpful. Mt Airy is a true slice of what America should be where people matter most and are helpful to others.

The place was great, me and my girlfriend had such a good time staying here, it was right in the middle of downtown mount airy everything was walking distance, the owner was very nice and kind to us, helped us with everything and with any questions we had about the place we stayed at and the area.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute apartment! Close to everything downtown has to offer. Easy check in and out. Only drawbacks are the stairs, the tub, and the bed. The bed kind of sinks to the middle, but it was mostly comfortable. The tub is a little intimidating, but it’s a hot shower with great water pressure. All in all it was a great stay and we’d do it again!

Nice Get Away

This is an outstanding place. We loved it. Close to everything and such a quaint place. Owner was easy to communicate with. If you like staying in a place refecting the era this is so for you! I hate giving such a special place any negative feedback but the tub was just a little hard to get into with anyone with some age...although it was just adorable. Loved it so much!

Very cute apartment!

Great vintage kitchen and cute bathroom! The location is perfect, close to all the Andy Griffith tourist locations and to downtown area for shopping, close enough to walk to if you can. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Ideally located within walking distance to town. Quiet street and a lovely space. The vintage appliances give off a perfect extension to the Mayberry vibe of Mount Airy Main Street!

Our trip to Mt Airy

This was a beautiful Lil apartment with some awesome antique appliances and a quaint bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and the neighborhood was so quiet. I slept like a baby. It was set up to be very user friendly for guests! Tho all we did was stay for a night it would be a nice place for an extended stay. Would definitely book it again!

Perfect place with easy access to places

The apartment was so comfortable, clean, convenient to all things(food, shopping, things to see) and quiet neighborhood. My husband and I walked almost everywhere we went and that was such a great thing because we both got more exercise than we would have if we would of had to drive everywhere. The Host was the perfect Host. He always answered my questions and let us enjoy our vacation,

Lovely Retro Apartment

A lovely stay in a retro apartment with all we needed in an open kitchen/living room area. It was spotless with a lovely comfortable bedroom and great shower over retro metal tub. It was a short walk to Main Street shops and museums which we really enjoyed.
