It was clean and was better than it looked from the outside. Older building w character. Wasnt too far from anywhere we needed to be.

Has potential

We stayed 2 nights here. My husband had the best description-shabby but clean. This place has potential to be really nice if some money was put into it. The carpeting is ripped in places and could be upgraded. The area rug in the living room is curled at one corner and presents a tripping hazard. The couch was old but fairly comfortable. A previous review mentioned holes in the walls but those are actually just made by door handles because there are no door stops. There is a small hole in one bedroom ceiling that should be fixed. The twin bed mattress is horrible but the other beds were fine. The frame on the double bed needs to be more solid. The bathroom and kitchen were clean although used cleaning rags were left in the bathroom. After making the reservation, I never heard from Natasha for over a week. And any questions I had were all answered in two or three words and days after I sent them. The day we arrived she was more responsive. I’ve stayed in many rentals like this and have always been responded to quickly with any questions. I do think the checkin app should be provided the day before at least. The area was decent but the address was incorrect- should have said Place instead of Blvd. Also, it should be stated that it is on the second floor. This was not an issue for us but could be for some people. I would stay here again but I do think Natasha should put some money into it. The price was better than most STL places and I think bookings would increase with a little attention to the property.

Quick Weekend Trip

Great location. Went for the weekend for a ball game. Loved that it was close to the stadium and the Budweiser Brewery. There is also a cute breakfast spot within walking distance

A good start...

This is a new listing and several things were very good, a few items could be improved. The Good: Check in; beds; laundry; neighborhood; bathroom; parking; secure entry. Could use improvement: kitchen (could use new flooring); ventilation in living area (vent is behind the door); carpet (carpet tacks sticking through and a few tears); some doors had holes due to being abused. Overall we had a nice stay and it fit basic needs for our trip. I could see a lot of potential to make this a solid listing.
