St. Louis is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom condo. Inside, guests find three queen beds, perfect for a restful night. The condo features three bathrooms, each with a shower and bathtub to suit your needs. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC throughout the space. An iron and hair dryer are also available to make your stay easier. Whether you’re relaxing or getting ready for the day, this wonderful condo offers a tremendous home base. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our condo.(leg of chair is broken) ( due to previous guest there is window that have board on it until we get back glass that’s been custom made)

Did not receive check in information 24 hours before as stated I would. I messaged the day of with no response. I finally called her. She informed me that the front window was broken and boarded up. This information should have been shared with me prior to my arrival date as the window had been broken for weeks. The shower flooded the bathroom and leaked down to the kitchen below through a Crack in the ceiling. We arrived an hour after check in and the cleaning person was still there for another hour. We were left with 4 towels, 4 wash cloths and 3 hand towels for 4 ppl. We were left with one spare roll of toilet paper. The post said there were two hair dryers and they were none. Stated there was an iron and ironing board and there was none. We were left with no trash bags, no trash containers on the main floor. When I reached out to the host to express these frustrations she didn't respond.

This was a horror show and the property is not safe for human occupancy. We arrived to find that the picture window on the front of the house was boarded up. The stairs to the 2nd floor were dangerously narrow and steep. There was no toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, cleaning items or drinking cups. The kitchen cabinets contained construction debris from a recent renovation. One of the bedrooms had a broken dresser and only two paper thin, flat pillows. The windows were all sealed shut and could not be opened. The “porch” overlooks a dilapidated, overgrown rear yard that abuts an alley with a dumpster. The year was scattered with rusty scrap metal, food refuse and an old tire. A leak from the second-floor shower dripped all over the kitchen. There was no Wi-fi or TV. The smoke alarms didn’t have batteries. The central A/C could not be regulated and had a thermostat that flashed “low power.” The host never returned my calls during our stay. She was clearly ill-equipped to manage any kind of property. I wasted more than five hours on multiple calls with VRBO customer support trying to resolve everything to no avail. It was not until after we checked out of the property that VRBO took any action to refund some of my money. Future guests should be forewarned about this property and this host should be prohibited from using the VRBO platform.
