The surrounding neighborhood is largely comprised of quiet businesses that serve local aerospace industry hub and quaint residential condos and apartment townhomes. Baybrook Mall is a short drive away and is surrounded by all the shopping centers one would need.

You can bicycle to NASA Johnson Space Center or the Clear Lake Regional Med Center if you happen to work in either place. A vehicle is recommended if you need to get anywhere else.
Pets allowed with additional $200 pet deep clean fee. Must not be any exotic animal or an animal or dog on the restricted breeds list:

Rottweilers, American Pitt Bull Terriers, Bull Terriers, Chow, Doberman Pinschers, German Shephard, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Cane Corso's, Wolf Hybrids

Failing to disclose that you are bringing pets will result in a $300 fine and a $50/night per animal fine for every night that the animal(s) stayed, undisclosed.

Exceptions are made for Emotional Support Animals (ESA) but you must provide us with documentation from qualifying health professional stating your animal is your ESA.
