Iron, hair dryer, hangers, beach towels. ⭐⭐If we don't have it, just ask us - we're happy to accommodate.⭐⭐

🌿🌿We have a shared garden on the property that you're welcome to. Basil, mint, rosemary, chives, pomegranates, lemons, etc. If it's fruiting during your stay, you're welcome to it.🍋🍋🔥

On ground level, there's a chiminea / fire-pit that is part of the shared space with the whole property. You're welcome to use this and enjoy some roasted marshmallows.🔥

You could easily walk comfortably to most of the North Park attractions. We love the quiet and peaceful streets around our house. Neighbors are very friendly and respectful. It’s perfect for going on a walk to close by parks and playgrounds. Though we can't guarantee it, we've never had trouble finding parking on the street.

We love the quiet and peaceful streets around our house. Neighbors are very friendly and respectful. It’s perfect for going on a walk to close by parks and playgrounds. Walking distance to local coffee shops and restaurants.We are across the street from a school field open to the public after school hours and on weekends for use of the field, basketball court, and playground. Balboa Park/Morley Field is a 5-minute walk from our house. The heart of Balboa Park with the museums and main attractions is a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. The best North Park has to offer including the top restaurants, bars, breweries, brunch spots, coffee joints are within walking distance.

You could easily walk comfortably to most of the North Park attractions. Public transportation is just a couple blocks away (10, 7 & 2 buses) and can take you downtown, Balboa Park, etc. Many attractions are much easier to access by car (Uber/Lyft/Taxi). The San Diego Airport (SAN) is a 15-minute drive & convention center is 10 minutes.

We live in the front house but we give our guests privacy. If you need anything, please don't hesitate to contact us. There is an apartment below you and one next door. We have a lovely chiminea and provide you with firewood. At times we we host a s'mores night. If you're so inclined, you're welcome to join.
