Great location and clean!

Excellent location. Clean property! Never had an issue with street parking at all, which is not always the case in some areas of NorthPark. Walkable to great spots. Holsem Cafe has the best açaí bowls and we love the coffee at Genteel! Owner communicated well and was definitely a safe area.

Very quiet, safe stay in a great neighborhood!

I enjoyed my stay here very much. Super clean and it had just about everything I needed for the five days I was there. Walking distance to all the restaurants and breweries in North Park, yet it was peaceful and quiet at night. Clean and comfortable. I'm probably nit-picking, but the couch and bed could've been a bit more comfortable, but it was still nice and I slept well. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

8 day winter get away

The accommodations were exactly as shown. Very clean along with everything a person would need. There were enough oils, spices etc. in the cupboards so I didn’t need to buy any. We cooked a lot of meals inside so this was appreciated. We liked the Smart and Final grocery store it was about a 14 minute walk. Used Uber quite often. Uber was always there under 5 minutes. Very easy to get to all the tourist sites from this location. Communication was immediate whenever I had any questions. The suggestion of places to eat etc. was very helpful. Not on the list was Olympic Cafe (Greek) which we enjoyed and with good prices. One of the better rentals we have rented over the years.
