Needs updating

The house was clean but needs repairs and updating. Freezer ice maker didn’t work, the kitchen sink leaks underneath, the master bathroom toilet makes squeaky noises once flushed, BBQ “insides” need replacement, dead flies on dining room window sill. Also painting of baseboards is needed.

2nd visit

Everything is spot on. This is our 2nd visit to this property. The property is amazing close to Everything you may need or want. The host our also amazing what questions we had were answered very promptly. We felt like this was our family vacation home.

Nice villa but read..

Nice villa in a nice area! Description isnt fully accurate as far as amenities though. For example, "Heated pool" is included but they want extra per DAY to use the heater, BBQ grill on property but in order to use it you need to pay extra for a cleaning fee to use it..yet when we went to use it, it wasnt even clean. Also the propane tank for the outdoor firepit on the patio was empty and we were told it was our responsibility to fill it if we wanted to use it! These arent exactly "deal breakers" but when you pay good money for a rental most renters would expect some if not all these things to be included.

Great place

Really pleased with the accommodations and everything was as advertised. The location and community were very safe and friendly. The owner's were quick to respond to questions and have recommended this place to friends. We hope to be back someday. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with our family. This made our family vacation something we can cherish for a lifetime.

Nice, quiet street and pool is very private. The playground pictured in the ad is no longer there. We had problems with the heat/air and repair person was there the following day…quick to respond. A good vacation for all

Laying down by the pool listening to the sound of your favorite playlist, while having your favorite drink on hand, viewing the nice blue clear sky, with no interruptions, as the kids are too busy having fun inside of the pool or watching their favorite movie on the nice 75 Inch big screen smart T.V. The villa it's perfect for longer stays.
