This High Rise Condominium is located in the heart of San Diego. Walk to Petco Park, Gaslamp, Little Italy and Balboa Park. Minutes drive away from SeaWorld, UCSD, UTC Mall and more. Gym is on the 2nd floor, and the Rooftop deck with Spa and Barbecue Grills with different Patio sets/Sunbathing long chairs are on the 20th floor where you get to enjoy the amazing almost 360 degree of Downtown, San Diego views. Not to mention, this comes with a free parking space #280 that is securely located underground. All amenities are included, however everything must stay in this unit at your check out time. This High Rise Condo has a Spa and a Barbecue area with different patio sets where you get to enjoy your stay with family/friends (max 8 guests including yourself) while appreciating the amazing almost 360 degree of Downtown, San Diego views, and the magnificent Mountain views on the East side on the Rooftop deck located on the 20th floor. Not to mention, the Gym on the 2nd floor, and the designated parking space #280 on P3 securely located underground with an Ace Parking attendant on the main floor with a total of two parking gates. That's how secured this parking is.
