Amazing opportunity to vacation in one of highest point on the Nubble Peninsula. Tastefully decorated and with ample room throughout, this home takes a restful vacation to another level. Walking onto the wrap around deck, with its stunning water views, you will appreciate the openness of the grandiose house with its ever present wooden paneling and large staircase leading onto the second level.
Both Living room and Dining room can accommodate a larger size party and guests can sprawl around and entertain. All the Bedrooms are located on the second floor with a full size bathroom equipped with both tub and shower. The grounds are well taken care of and provide for parking for up to 4 vehicles.

The property was located in a quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Bedrooms were roomy and there was enough overall room in the house for our group. The porch was huge and had ample seating for our group. The walk to the beach was picturesque and easy. Bed linens and bath towels were included, which was nice. The house was a good value.

Beautiful view

We have been renting this house for many years and we are happy with it . The front porch is where we spend most of our time . We love the view . Quick response time to anything we might need . The only think I might suggest is a new toaster .

This home is in a great location. Lots of character with good “bones”and great space for large family. Improvement needed: add an outside fire pit, higher quality linens, more supplies on hand such as dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Also internet connection was very weak making simple task’s difficult. Cushions on deck should really be updated as they are very worn.

Buyer be wear. This house should not be rented for multiple reasons. Totally unclean, Mold on the bathroom, refrigerator door. .Doubtful windows have been cleaned in years. Paint chips in the dirty filthy window sillsIn all fairness, Jan the host was responsive when we contacted him immediately after checking in and our cleaning fee was refunded

A beautiful Victorian era summer “cottage”! We loved the huge porch with its sweet breezes and gorgeous view. We all slept so well in airy rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of cozy quilts and soft blankets. We fell in love with this grande dame, a York landmark. And the owners couldn’t be nicer.
