Price's Point - Cabin on the water

Brand new Cozy Cabin on a small 181 acre pond. Enjoy the cabin feel of knotty pine and a big country porch overlooking the water. Walk in access to the water or ice in the winter. Kayaking, canoeing, ice fishing, snowmobiling and more depending on the time of year. A peaceful location a mile down a private road but 10 minutes away from a grocery store etc. Eagles, loons and fish will be your neighbors as you are in the moment at Price's Point.

We were happy to find this adorable cabin by the lake with all amenities, including a very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and even kayaks ready to launch right there. We wished we could stay longer and enjoy this beautiful home and location. Our host David, was great, communicated well, and was very welcoming. The cabin was so clean, new and well furnished.

David’s lake cabin was a perfect place to land after a day at the Common Ground Fair. It was immaculate and comfortable and he couldn’t have been nicer. We loved going for a chilly dip and drinking our coffee on the dock in the morning surrounded by fall colors. If we’d been there longer, we definitely would have taken advantage of the many fun things he’s equipped the place with: kayaks, corn-hole, board games…there’s even a karaoke machine (which we did have fun with!)Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. The host is fantastic. He has thought of everything you may need when staying away from home. The cabin is clean (and I'm a clean freak), private and it is and on the water. What more could you want. It is also close to many local activities (dining, shopping, historical sites, and entertainment). We'll be returning!

Had a wonderful stay. Lots of family time. The weather was overcast, cool while we were in Maine. But the house was clean, beautiful, & very welcoming. David met us at door, answered our questions & was always available. We would love to come back in September.

Price’s Point was Perfect

We wanted a cabin on the water for a quick getaway. This place really was perfect! It was beautiful and well kept inside and outside. We woke to a beautiful misty morning and when the sun came over the trees, so did a bald eagle. We got the binoculars and watched him for almost an hour! Dave was great! Highly recommend

Great Cabin and Amazing Lake View

The cabin is as described. Our family wanted to stay longer and we will return for another visit. Clean home, well manicured property, easy check-in, lovely screened and unscreened back porch with additional seating closer to the lake to enjoy a fire-pit. Easy access to the dock where we enjoyed drinks and morning coffee. Excellent communication with the owner. Everyone in the family loved it. Stocked kitchen too.

Our Happy Place

David's cabin on the lake is everything we wanted & beyond. He greeted us on arrival & was friendly & informative about the area. We loved seeing an eagle fly across the pond, a loon, & ground squirrel. The cabin was in a very good location to visit Bar Harbor, Unity train ride to see the fall foliage, Portland, & Maine Cabin Masters gift shop in Manchester. We enjoyed eating at the Cushnoc Brewing Co. twice!! Highly recommend! James & Debi Saltzman James & Karen Moore Kaplan, Louisiana
