Downtown Grand Haven, Harbourfront, 2 bedrooms plus 2 lofts, 2 full baths, corner unit, main level PRIVATE patio on courtyard entrance facing the channel. This is only the start. This is a spacious unit with 14 ft ceilings original brickwork, a kitchen with a dining area, and a snack bar. The unit has the best location: no steps, private entrance, or comes to the building.

Ride the elevator to the upper level to watch sunsets and see views of the lake!

Best stay ever!

We have stayed at places all over the US and this was by far the best experience ever! The condo couldn't have been in a more ideal location, right next to downtown and the water. The building is beautiful with 1900's charm and modern updates. Very quiet and relaxing too. Everything we needed was provided and the unit was spotless! Not only did we get lots of communication via emails/messaging, but we also got an actual phone cal to make sure we found our location. We have never visited the same rental twice since we try to have new experiences, but we will definitely be back at this location every year! What an amazing condo in an incredible town.

Clean well maintained condo. Conveniently located to the downtown restaurants and activities. Short drive to the public beach. Easy to do business with The True North Property Team. The condo owner was also very hands-on to make sure we had all that was needed to have a wonderful stay.

We were hesitant when True North took over the management of our favorite rental property, but our worries were completely Tee Lu unfounded. Everything ran even better and more smoothly than before. From a check-in call before our arrival, to a quick run over with a new shower liner, to a courteous check-out procedure, it was a great experience!

Fun Weekend

Grand Haven has always been a favorite weekend spot for us. This was the first time we stayed downtown and it was perfect! You can’t beat the location and the place is charming! We hope to come back next year!
