Located on the most desired street on the beach - quiet and family-friendly! The beach and attractions are a 3 min walk. Lady of the Sea monument is across the street. Easy in and out to 95 and NH-101
Walk to the end of the street to view fireworks, enjoy movie night on the beach, and enjoy entertainment at Sea Shell stage, as well as all the beach happenings a short walk away.
Our charming cottage features AC, an outdoor shower, gas grill, patio table, 4 adult beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, a beach cart, and a cooler.
The cottage is fully winterized for year-round use and has a cozy gas stove and 50" Smart TV, internet, & cable.
All beds have new mattresses, linens, pillows, and comforters. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the 3rd has 1 bunk bed with a pull-out trundle. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Full-size washer and dryer.
The cottage features warm wood walls, barn doors, ceiling fans in each room, and a/c units that cool the entire home.
The living room has a large farm table to seat 6 . There are assorted games, books, and a ukulele with a music book to learn!
Off from the living room, there is a covered porch with rocking chairs.

We include pantry basics like olive oil, cooking spray, a full array of spices, assorted teas, sugars, and Hamptons Favorite Coffee from our favorite local coffee shop Blue Harbor Coffee.

This cottage is super cute! So close to the beach and great distance to Portsmouth! The house is well stocked and very quaint! We had a great time! Host was super responsive! Great experience!

Cozy cottage with plenty of room for 3 generations. The location can't be beat and Linda was responsive with any questions we had. The whole family loved it and hopes to be back in the future!

Enjoyed the stay. Owner was amazing at communicating and prompt at responding. Had all essential items needed. The downside is that there’s a lot of trinkets sitting around making it feel more cluttered, and the place needs a deep cleaning from the washing machine to the rugs.

Cute cottage near the beach

Well kept cottage within walking distance to the beach with on site parking. Stayed for a long weekend and it was very conveniently located.

Location location location

Charming cottage. Walk or short drive to all attractions and restaurants. Super comfortable beds. It was cold outside during our stay and we were warm and cozy. Lots of board games supplied and many channels on the TV kept us busy. Kitchen fully stocked for prep and cooking. Has a drip coffee maker. Just pack swimsuits and clothes.

Great Cottage

Location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Cottage has everything you need. Park the car when you get there and don’t have to get back in until you leave.

The Perfect Escape Cottage

Home was very clean, well equipped, nicely decorated, very comfortable, plenty of room for our family of 5 and dog. Great location, very close to the beach and attractions. Property manager was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this property and we are looking forward to staying there again.

Fantastic getaway

We enjoyed are stay, it was very quiet and clean and no complaints about the property. The parking was very tight for two vehicles had to move the table back to fit the bumper off the street more but it worked. Bedrooms were very nice and well air conditioned. We all loved everything it had to offer and just a minute walk up to the beach and boardwalk! Will be staying again soon!

Great place

We had good Time at Linda's place. The place was Clean and beautiful and a short walk to the beach. Linda is easily available when we need information. The outside place is tight outside though if 2 cars are parked. Thank u again.

Close to beach

This cottage is very clean, close walk to the beach, on a quiet street. I would say the only downsides to the property are... one of the bedrooms does not have an A/C unit and it gets very hot in that room. Another downside is that there isn't any yard at all. If you want to go outside you have to hang out in the driveway and if a car is parked in the driveway, you don't have much room to walk to the street without stepping in the neighbor's yard. Also, the description says each bedroom has a queen bed (not including the one with the bunk), however I believe that one of the bedrooms is a full-size bed, not a queen.

Lovely little cottage, 4 minutes to the shore, ample room for us 5 adults. Parking tight but doable with an extra spot up the street. Quiet street. We parked and walked everywhere, no need to drive. Owner so easy to communicate with. Would book it again in a heartbeat.

Super cute cottage by the sea

The check in was easy, we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked and clean. It has adorable lights up on the partitions that my little ones loved to have on as a night light. Parking is for sure pretty tight but we were able to fit 2 vehicles. The area is located close to everything but is kind of tucked away. It was quite quiet, even with crowds to watch the fireworks. Thank you.

So cute!

The location was perfect for my family and I. Convenient walk to the beach and the strip but not in the midst of all the noise. I ran into a small issue (couldn’t get the door to close after locking it open so I could unpack) and they came right over (less than 5 minutes) and fixed it! The pictures don’t do justice for how cute the house is, it’s adorable! My kids loved the bunk beds and enjoyed being able to peek over the wall from the top bunk (if I had to find something to complain about that would be it because…privacy lol). The driveway is tight but it fit my Tahoe and a motorcycle with no problem. All in all, we will return again for sure!

Wonderful Family Spot

We absolutely loved this place! Location, location, location. Can't boast about it enough. We did not have to drive the entire stay besides to the grocery store to stock up! The beach is literally across the street, and the boardwalk is so convenient. We especially loved the large living space in this house. Not many beach condo's/houses have extra space. We used that room to relax, play games, watch movies, eat breakfast, and more. The sunroom doubled as a great playroom for my 6 year old daughter and all her toys she brought along! What we loved about the kitchen was all the appliances and supplies available. Bonus that there were plastic plates and cups as well. The fridge gets VERY cold we ended up having some frozen eggs and fruit- just a heads up for future guests to keep it at a medium temperature instead of "coldest". The place was kept very clean, and the air conditioners cooled down the place very quickly which was great. With 6 people in the house, we utilized the outdoor shower since there was only 1 bathroom. The only thing we would change would be the bedroom walls going all the way up to the ceiling (there was space with the raised angled roof) so the noise doesn't travel from room to room as much. The living area and sun room were closed off though, and the door shut out all noise completely! Linda was quick to respond to my messages, and we will look to book here again in the future.

Hi, I'm Linda and I have lived in Hampton since 2004 and raised my family here. We love Hampton and the town is an amazing place to raise your kids. We spend our summers at the beaches surfing, paddle boarding, and enjoying all that the main beach has to offer. The locals are friendly and we enjoy having tourists come from all over to discover all the seacoast has to offer.

Our beach cottage is so adorable I feel blessed to have found it. The interior is immaculate and gives you the cottage feel with wood walls, barn doors, and coastal decor. It's much bigger than you think and the expansive family room is big enough for everyone. The location cannot be beaten and the neighborhood is the perfect mix of year-round residents and summer renters. The street is quiet so no loud cars or constant foot traffic. A quick walk to the end of our street and you are at the beach! Watch the fireworks every Wednesday from here! This is a fantastic home where you will make many memories!
