Summary:
Welcome to The Lighthouse. Your home away from home. We are located in the heart of Hampton Beach, only a block away from the boardwalk. Just a 4 minute walk to the beach and all the entertainment, restaurants right from your front door.

The Lighthouse is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. Spend the day at the beautiful beach and come home and relax in your cozy home away from home.

The Space:
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with free WiFI. We provide all of your basic essentials including beach gear - beach towel, beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon included

Guest Access:
This unit is the 3rd unit of the home. It's the unit towards the back of the home with the larger covered porch.

You get the entire driveway for parking. You can easily fit two large vehicles or three normal or smaller size vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
The Lighthouse is located near the center of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. It is less than a 950 foot walk to Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer.

Getting Around:
You get the entire driveway for parking. You can easily fit two large vehicles or three normal or smaller size vehicles. You should be able to walk to almost anywhere around the boardwalk area from this unit.

Other Things to Note:
Six people in this unit is a bit tight. The bathrooms, and living areas are on the smaller side.

Interaction with Guests:
No preference — I follow my guests lead.

Stayed for 3 nights in July. There were 5 of us. All our needs were met. Easy walk to the beach for us. Very quiet little neighborhood. Overall, probably the best spot we have stayed at while at Hampton Beach !

Cute Cottage

The Lighthouse was the perfect beach cottage getaway for my sister, mom, and me. Stocked with amenities, we made the short walk to the beach each day with our provided wagon, chairs, and umbrella. We cooked breakfast and lunch in the cute cottage kitchen and headed to Portsmouth for our dinners. Games outdoors on the porch were entertaining, while relaxing in the air-conditioned cottage also hit the spot. We will return!

House was clean. The hosts were very kind and responsive and helped deal with any issues in a timely fashion. Bathrooms are extremely small and would not be well suited for larger individuals. The driveway is a good size for smaller vehicles. My GMC 2500 fit but was snug getting in and out of the truck. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider it again.

The lighthouse is a cozy, space efficient, welcoming cottage with amazingly comfortable bed. There is also a great porch with outdoor furniture for dining as well as a nice little wagon that you can pull to the beach with beach chairs and some sand toys . The kitchen is stocked with everything one could need to dine in. The location is just a couple of blocks from Main Street, we didn’t need our car at all once we got there. Everything is so convenient and within walking distance . Leslie, the owner is very attentive. Has a wonderful check in procedure with top-notch customer service. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our little staycation at the lighthouse and will be looking to rent from Leslie again soon.
