Oceanfront Condo - Top Floor - Fireplace!

Summary:

"Sun of a Beach" is a cozy oceanfront condo that sleeps four with a king bed, queen futon, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Private beach access is just a block away. Enjoy sweeping ocean views and a game room. This unit is not pet friendly.



The Space:

Sun of a Beach is a cute condo with a private bedroom with a king bed and a queen futon in the front room. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen. This unit has two flat screen TVs. This unit has an amazing ocean view. This unit has access to our amazing game room, & coin operated laundry facilities. We have a private beach access for our guests to use as well. 



2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

I liked this place a lot. It had blends of room and was within walking distance to the beach. I only wished that the jacuzzi would have been in operation. Other than that, this place was perfect.

A pleasant stay

A cozy and comfortable stay in Lincoln City. The coffee maker ia a tad small, perhaps a larger one would be nice.

Clean, good communication with rental company, great location- close to beach/stores/restaurants/casino. Great view. 3rd floor was the best! Hot tub was not working (with no notice that it wasn’t).

The unit was just as described and the location so close to the beach was exactly what we wanted. Having a top-floor unit was good for quiet time and had no issues with noise. We didnt use the pool, hot tub, or game room, but it was nice to have it available in case.

We work from home which means we can work anywhere. So we thought we would go to the coast as a break from the heat. The condo was just fine. The construction didn’t bother us at all. BUT we couldn’t get WiFi and we can’t work without it. We tried the network, with the ridiculously long password, several, several times on both our phones and our computers to no avail. We even had the woman in the office trying to help us but she couldn’t get it either. Obviously we couldn’t work without WiFi so we went home the next morning. So we only stayed one night.

The info on the Travelocity website said a washer/dryer was in the unit. Was surprised when I arrived that they only had a shared laundry room with a fee for use. The only reason I booked was because of this as I was on a 3 wk travel trip. Also, surprised with the additional fees charged by Vrbo that were not listed on the Travelocity site but automatically charge to my credit card. Full disclosure would have been appreciated before I booked and was committed to a non-refundable place.
