Come stay in the heart of Eugene! A short walk to downtown, but enough distance to be a quiet place to sleep when you get back from the days adventures! With places like Mac's Blues Club and Bier stein just a block away, there will be plenty to keep you entertained without going far. There is also a small park right around the corner- great for kids to play! Come see all Eugene has to offer!

For the security of the property and guests, there is one camera located outside, facing the driveway area. It is motion activated and records audio and video.

Lovely home in Eugene, Or

Would definately recommend this listing to family and friends. Great quiet location, clean with a nicely stocked kitchen, and plenty of linens for an extended stay. Loved our stay.

Eugene - U of O stay

Had a nice stay for graduation of a university student. Many walkable restaurants and small downtown area, quiet property, clean and user friendly. 7 minute drive to U of O. Would stay again.

A beautiful stay

We had a great time staying at this gorgeous home! It was my partner and our two adult daughters at the home. We were able to go jogging, walk to dinner and coffee and nearby parks. We hope to stay again. We also reached out to our host a few times with questions and she was very quick to reply.

Quiet hideaway

We were delighted with this property, which was very conveniently located on a quiet alleyway. It was well-appointed and cute. My two dogs enjoyed walking around the neighborhood too!

Trip to help take care of Nico

We were in Eugene to help take care of our grandson Nico, while his parents were away. The location is perfect. You can get to everything. We stayed here once before in late summer. This time was a very cold time in Eugene and the heating in the house struggled to keep us warm, but we managed. Great host.

Great host and value! Cozy, comfortable and homey! :)

Visiting the area house and office location hunting as we are relocating to Eugene for my career. Mom, dad and kids 9 and 11 years old enjoyed our stay as this home is well stocked and appointed and at a great value. The host was amazing at timely responses and was accommodating with our arrival time being a little early as we had a Ducks game to get to. Thank you!! 5-stars all around : )

Convenient Eugene home!

Stayed here while moving our son into his apartment for his second year at UO. Great location, close to campus, restaurants and downtown. Communication with the owner was easy, and the place was just as we expected. Thanks for hosting us!

I chose this property as a short term rental for a few reasons. Its location is PERFECT! Located in the heart of Eugene, it is centrally located, with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with long time residents as neighbors. The home still has some of it's charm from being built in the 1950's. It is updated, while still keeping some unique character.
