Relax with the whole family at this spacious condo in Mission Beach! This unit is steps from the ocean/boardwalk, and close to tons of shopping, restaurants, and bars. If you are looking for a place where you can walk everywhere- you have found it! With fresh, new decor, a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, A/C, speedy WIFI, smart TVs, and two parking places (for smaller cars only), this home is sure to give your friends and family a perfect beach getaway!

This home was completely redecorated to provide a bright and modern feel. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a cozy bed and bedding to give you a great night sleep after a long day playing in the sun!

The house is steps to the ocean and bay. The location makes it easy for every age to have fun. Here are just some of the things offered within walking distance.
Swimming, body surfing, boogie boarding, surfing in the ocean, boating in mission bay, grabbing a drink and amazing food at local oceanfront bars and restaurants, playing arcade games and riding the rollercoaster at Belmont Park, walking, running, rollerblading, and skateboarding along the boardwalk with unbelievable sunsets, and much much more.
Sea World is just a 4 or 5 minute drive, Downtown (where the padres stadium, Gaslamp district and the convention center are all located) is 10 minutes, Airport is 10 minutes, San Diego zoo is 15 minutes!

Parking:
There is a tandem parking space where you can park 2 compact size vehicles. Please note that the the parking is very tight. If your vehicles do not fit, there is free street parking in the neighborhood. The space can fit up to a mid-size SUV or minivan, anything larger most likely will not fit in the space.

Our stay was great! The a/c was nice and cool, perfect location to the beach and restaurants. They had beach toys, boogie boards, beach towels, umbrellas, everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked. We had a little issue with the garbage disposal but the staff took care of it asap while we were enjoying the beach so didn’t even disrupt our day. It was clean, well-maintained and spacious for our group of 4. My Jeep grand Cherokee fit just right in the tandem parking space.We will be back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was great! Right above Better Buzz Coffee for easy Cappuccino in the morning or Açaí bowls in the afternoon. There is also a great little grocery store next door, which makes restocking very convenient. The condo was spacious and clean. Urban Sands was very attentive to any needs. We highly recommend!

Great house near the beach

Very clean property, loved the dining room that overlooked Mission Blvd. Great a/c, nice to have a parking spot as well. Super happy with our stay.

Perfect family getaway

This rental was the perfect place for my partner and our teen children. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of beach accessories. The location was also amazing. We could walk to the beach, bay, and Belmont easily. The coffee shop next door was the cherry on top! Would recommend this rental all family and friends.

It’s a gem!

We had a great time! Close to the beach and the bay, and great communication with our host. We traveled with folks from the age 6-64 and it worked for all of us. Our plane arrived before check in and although there wasn’t an early check in option, we were able to leave our bags and hangout at the beach until it was time. Which was super nice. The house is really clean, and super comfortable. There’s room for everyone to spread out which was really nice. Loved being so close to the water, it’s literally just minutes away. The master bedroom was fantastic, and no complaints about the room closest to the front door, but the middle room definitely needs a new mattress. Put kids in there if you have them, their backs won’t notice 😊. One thing to consider, there are a lot of stairs, three floors total. I loved that the bedrooms are all in one place and the living room and kitchen are on a separate floor, makes it easy for folks to not be disturbed if they want to go to bed early. Overall we had a great stay! Close to the beach, the bay, food, Belmont park is just a skip away, PB is close if you want to party down, maybe 20 minutes from the airport/downtown/gaslamp/little Italy. Highly recommend!

Perfect Spot!

This VRBO was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The location is very walkable, the beach chairs & towels were so wonderful to have, and the place was comfortable and very very clean. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved staying here! We came with friends for our 10th wedding anniversary and loved being in walking distance to everything- beach, bay, coffee, nice or casual restaurants. The master with the en-suite bathroom was especially nice with all the bathroom shelving for putting all our “getting ready” items. The middle bedroom has a very soft mattress, so don’t put anyone in there who wouldn’t love that. There’s a bathroom in the hallway for that bedroom and the other bedroom to share, with a half bath upstairs for while you’re hanging out/watching tv/playing games. The home was stocked with towels, beach chairs, sand pails, etc which was a nice perk when coming from out of state! We didn’t mind the street noise others mentioned at all- although we did go out to eat each night. I felt like this was perfectly priced and a great option for staying. Also the communication was top-notch; whoever is answering the texts is the sweetest and so easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay

Wow, this is seriously one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Very spacious, with a comfy, nicely decorated living area, big fully stocked kitchen and wonderful light, bright dining/ sitting area overlooking Mission Blvd. great for people watching. The master bedroom and bath were really big and private from the rest of the rooms. It was as clean as it could possibly be. This is a terrific rental for a family or group since you never feel crowded. Location is perfect and we never had to get in the car. Restaurants and shops, Belmont park and everything you need is walkable. Beach is right across the street. My teens enjoyed the freedom of being able to take off on their own. Our favorite thing was renting bikes a few doors down and riding as far as we could go both ways on the boardwalk.

Location Location Location

Beautiful house, exactly how it is described and ahows in the pictures. 1min walk to the bay, 3 min walk to the ocean, grocery store 4 min drive, Belmont Park 4 min drive, coffee shop below, tacos and pizza next door, quick mart across the street. You cant get a beeter location. Not to mention the size of the home. Plenty of room for the whole family to stretch out. My son keeps aaking when we are going back. Might have to return toward the end of aummer. Very much recommended.

Mission Beach home

Great location, minutes from both the ocean and bay beaches! Lots of room in this home and everything worked well. We especially enjoyed the dining room overlooking the street. And really comfortable beds. This is an urban location on a Main Street so there is a bit of street noise but nothing intolerable or unexpected. The pizzeria next store, the coffee shop below, and the minimart across the street added to our enjoyment. And you can walk to TWO kayak/sailboat rental facilities. Only downside, and not a dealbreaker for us, was an extremely tight parking spot. We had a Chevy Malibu rental and it was fine but I wouldn’t want to try parking a full size SUV.

Large and spacious property

For those of you looking for space- this is the place. The rooms are huge compared to most properties in mission beach. It’s updated and the beds and couches are super comfy. The kitchen is well stocked. We hung out on the upstairs patio and people watched on mission blvd. Having said that this property is right above the street so there is street noise ( no different than being on the boardwalk). The location is AMAZING. For one the coffee shop is right next door. Guava is two buildings down and the mission is super convenient for breakfast. Clean property with all the amenities!! We will be back.

Good location and clean rental

The property is located in a busy street. However, the apartment was clean and had the necessary kitchen equipment to make a meal if needed. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you want a rental within walking distance to the boardwalk and many restaurants/coffee shops.

Comfortable, convenient location in Mission Beach

40th Birthday Celebration

This home was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room for 4 ladies to get ready and not be on top of each other. The location was perfect. Walkable to many things and a min walk to the beach. Thank you!

Modern, amazing location!

Great location, has everything you need for a family of 4 to survive at the beach for a long weekend. Parking! having a dedicated spot for a large size SUV is a bonus! Only bummer was the road noise in the master bedroom, overall a great experience.
