Very beautiful and calm appartment, in a recent building, inner courtyard of the property orientation.
Well decorated and improved recently based on prior comments.
1 bedroom with 180x200 comfortable bed (NEW).
One kitchen.
Separate bathroom.
Separate toilets.
Small office room in the entrance (this is not a bedroom).
Very touristic area near 3 metro lines in the heart of Bastille historical area.
Possible parking underground if needed.

Excellent location and a very comfortable apartment. We loved our stay here. Quiet street but with lots to do in the immediate area. Host communicated very, very well. Access to the apartment was easy due to hosts clear and concise directions. Overall, an excellent choice and we will stay here again.

The location was perfect for easy access around the city on the Metro. Georges sent us very detailed information regarding anything we may need to know and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if returning to Paris.

Very clean and well equipped property. The location couldn't have been easier to use as a base to explore the city. There are at least 3 metro stops within 5-7 minute walk. The owners were available for questions at all times and quick to respond. We would happily stay here again.

We appreciated the washer and detergent at the unit. We liked the personal walk through to show us the apartment. We really liked the portable wifi dongle which helped us navigate Paris. The apartment was well equipped. Great location. Cleanliness was average. Bed was very comfortable.

The apartment was just as shown in the pictures. Plus: quiet, as it faces the back, only the neighbor's footsteps can be heard constantly. Flexible early check-in was very helpful. Kitchen equipment insufficient for those who like to cook (like me). Maybe the owner could upgrade it? I would come back.

We had a wonderful stay - the apartment was exactly as described online. It was a great location - near a metro stop and plenty of good food locations. Our host gave us plenty of recommendations of places to try and was available to let us into the apartment and show us how each of the appliances work. In the summer, we left the windows open to help it be a manageable temperature with no ac - our eye masks from our flight came in handy with how late the sun sets. The only thing to note was it seemed as though the floor was not clean as we noticed our feet got a little dirty, otherwise we would definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to lots of restaurants and metro stops

This was a great place to stay. It was nice to have a good size elevator and the apartment was very well equipped. There are large windows overlooking the private park and the apartment was very quiet! The only downside was that there was no air conditioning and we were there during a heat wave. The owner did supply an evaporating cooling fan so that helped. Communication with the owner was excellent. There was a slight plumbing problem she was aware of before we arrived and it was quickly resolved while we were there. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

The apartment was very well designed and incredibly comfortable, even on the hot July days of my stay. Location was easily walkable to the surrounding arrondissements, a grocery across the street, and a quick hop to the metro that made it easy to get anywhere. The hosts provided helpful neighborhood recommendations and graciously supplied a mobile wifi device that I deeply appreciated and helped make my whole trip a breeze. I would absolutely recommend for 1-2 travelers!
