The Space:

This is an elegant vacation rental located within the Las Catalinas Development! This cottage-style home has been nicely decorated, it has plenty of natural light. It offers you a spacious common area in which the kitchen and living rooms are integrated, to make it easy for a family or friends to have a great time together. The property features a 55 inches smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided.and a sofa perfect for a chat, a glass of wine, or a movie. You will also find a fully stocked kitchen and a huge island so you can cook with ease, it also has upgraded wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. On this floor, there's a half bath, washer, and dryer.



During your stay, we include free access to the Beach Club. Upon entering, simply provide your house number and begin enjoying all the unlimited amenities for a complete experience.



Outside you'll enjoy a pool and there is a table set for 8 people, where you can enjoy any meal or chill out at night. Rely on high-speed internet in case you want to watch a movie or even attended a meeting.



Upstairs you will find the master suite with a king-size bed and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, cabinets, and a closet with enough room to make you feel in your own room at home. There are 3 guest bedrooms 2 of them with a king-size bed and one with a queen and a twin, all of the rooms with their own bathrooms for your convenience. This property sleeps up to 9 guests, comfortably on upgraded mattresses, and soft linens. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, a kayak and boogie board also complimentary amenities such as basic spices like salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee/tea, and also soap, and shampoo.



In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.



The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee.
