Great hotel just off the Main Street, about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station! The rooftop view of the Matterhorn is spectacular! The check-in was easy and our host Marie was superb as was the morning breakfast. Although the room was a bit small, you can’t beat the price for this charming hotel in Zermatt! Also the Brown Cow Pub is great pub with excellent food and beer choices. Ask for Mack, a super bartender!

I chose Perledo because it offers the perfect blend of tranquility, charm, and postcard-worthy views. Perched on the hills above Lake Como, this peaceful village feels like a hidden gem — close enough to Varenna for easy access to ferries, shops, and restaurants, yet far enough to truly relax and disconnect.

What I love most about the neighborhood is how it invites you to slow down and soak in the beauty around you. Morning walks through quiet cobblestone paths, the sound of church bells in the distance, and sunsets over the lake from the balcony — it’s truly magical.

The area also offers incredible hiking trails, cozy cafés, and friendly locals. Whether you're exploring nearby historical sites or just enjoying a glass of wine with a view, Perledo is a place that stays with you long after you leave.

The apartment is spacious, bright, and fully equipped, making it ideal for longer stays or relaxing getaways. With a private garage, high-speed Wi-Fi, and modern furnishings, it blends convenience with comfort.
