Remote work or learning are a breeze with complimentary high-speed WiFi. After fun-filled days outdoors, enjoy all your favorite streaming apps on the Roku smart TV.

Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and lots of handy extras. A private washer/dryer adds convenience to your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The well-equipped studio was beautifully decorated and maintained. Super easy for street parking and an easy walk if you’re needing to be in the University of Oregon Campus. Bed was firm, but weirdly comfortable. Plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. Lots of kitchen items to cook, if you want to and a starter pack for washing. Easy code access and entry. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Affordable, easy option for U of O visit

This was a good, affordable option for helping my Oregon student pack up and move out. It wouldn't have been comfortable for a longer stay, but was great for a short visit. The AC unit was nice, as it was very hot during my stay and it kept it manageably cool. The unit runs very loud, so don't plan to watch TV if the AC is on. The bed was reasonably comfortable, although the bedding wasn't as luxurious as most VRBO's. I didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well-stocked for dishes. Note that the parking is on-street and there isn't any WiFi for the unit.

This super cute studio would have been perfect had the bed been comfortable and the internet/wifi worked. Also, would recommend placing a shelf in the shower so our items were not on the floor.

Great studio in a great location!

We enjoyed our stay at Pearl Street Studio. The studio was comfortable, clean, and spacious enough for our needs. The location was also perfect; we could easily walk to downtown spots, as well as the college campus and Autzen stadium.

Disappointed

I had rented this property in Jan 2023 and it was GREAT. I rented it this past week (Aug 2024) and was not happy. It is cute and clean on the surface (floors were VERY dirty). The washer was not working and that is the main amenity I use (I was compensated). I am HOPING the owners will fix the issues I encountered this trip (there were several which I reported to Vacasa as I did not want to be charged/blamed for them). It's a cute place in a great, quiet, convenient neighborhood. Would be a shame for it to go down hill.

Not serviced

Room was not cleaned or serviced even 2+ hra after check in time. Extremely disappointing. We left and got lodging elsewhere. Expecting a full refund from Vrbo/Vacasa.

My fiancé and I stayed here when we went to the Ducks game and the apartment was so cute. Bed is kind of uncomfortable, but overall a great stay!

Great location for single or couple

Accurate description and photos. Very close (literally across the street) from good eating places, moderate walk to downtown and university. Quiet, safe, clean with nice linens and comfortable bed. Adequate for simple cooking. Only street parking for this unit. Eugene parking regulations are a little annoying (2 hr max M-F 7am-6pm). Would stay here again.
