Directly on the beach with amazing views of the ocean offering all the comforts of home. Sunbird Condominium is located at 9850 South Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 4 PERSONS, no exceptions there is a Ring Camera to verify occupancy. If you violate it you can be evicted and you will forfeit your reservation.
NO PETS !!!
The condo is on the 11th floor and it is completely renovated, the kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, bedroom offers a king size bed and a nice size closet and ocean view. Living room has leather couch and love seat, the couch is also a sleeping sofa, the living room TV is a Smart TV. Dining area has a table for 4 with direct ocean view, the condo has panoramic views of the ocean from every window.

This condo rental includes FREE BEACH CHAIRS with umbrellas.

Laundry facilities are available on the ground floor. Sunbird offers three swimming pools one is heated. Step out of the elevator and you are steps away from the white sandy beach and emerald waters of the gulf. Sunbird is conveniently located with in walking distance of restaurants as well as shopping.
Sunbird has a gated parking lot, a parking permit must be purchased by the guest from the HOA office located on the ground level of the East tower next to the main pool. The parking pass is $35.00 for the duration of your stay, it is not a daily fee and only one pass per condo is allowed. While on the premises wrist bands are also required and must be worn by all guests, each wrist band is $6.00 and must also be purchased from the HOA office. There are additional beach chairs with umbrellas available for rent, daily or weekly rates. We do NOT provide beach towels, please bring your own.
Absolutely NO pets.
SNOWBIRDS - We offer monthly rentals November 1st - March 1st, please inquire for rates.

Nice condo and had a recliner that was really comfortable. Just stayed one night. They were upgrading the HVAC system in the whole building. They did have two portable air conditioners in the units but when the upgrade is done it should be really nice.

The view of the beach was stunning. Inside the condo was beautiful and clean. You have to pay to park and provide essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. You also have to pay to park. Also, parts of the building itself was not clean like the elevator. Overall, it was wonderful and I would recommend it for a couple. My friend who slept on the couch bed did not find it comfortable so I wouldn’t recommend it for a party of 3 or more.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience. The parking fees that you mentioned twice are all disclosed in the property description so clearly you failed to read it. As an owner I can only control the inside of the four walls of our home. Hundreds of guests use the elevators daily and our maintenance staff does their best to clean them throughout the day but on the beach sand and wet feet are part of it. As for lack of basics we provide 2 rolls of toilet tissue, roll of paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, dish cloths and kitchen towels as well as all linens and bath towels. We are not a hotel room we don’t have daily house keeping, so if in 2 days of your stay that wasn’t enough perhaps you were using too much. Also it is common knowledge that a pull out sofa will not provide the same level of comfort as a 12 in mattress so your friend may have had unrealistic expectations. It’s sad that during your 2 days short stay you found so many things to complain about.

Great Place!

Amazing place to stay! We stayed at another resort a few years back and it doesn't compare! The location was great, parking was easy, grounds were clean, and the condo was perfect. Very clean, gorgeous view of the ocean, bed was so comfortable, communication super easy. We hope to visit again.

Very Cute Condo!!

We were here for just the weekend but would recommend this condo and host to anyone! Excellent communication, and the accommodations were perfect! Very clean, looks professionally decorated, and in a very safe gated complex!
