360 spectacular views, relaxing. Fast internet, A/C, 3 tvs, W/D, full kitchen 3 blocks from Beach. 20 min drive to condo from Puerto Vallarta Airport. nearby is Home Depot, Cafes, Delis, Restaurants, gyms, walmart, Grocery and liquor Stores, Ice Cream, Shop, Taxi Stations. La Cruz is a 15 min drive to get fresh fish at a fishing village. Sayulita and San Pancho are a must visit destination for surfing and great food and drinks fun getaways.
The space
The kitchen and living room are together, while the master bedroom is a beautiful room to relax and look at the ocean while having a cup of coffee in the morning. You will find the hair dryer in this room. There is plenty of closet space for your things.
The 2nd bedroom has a work desk suitable for getting some things done.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay.

You can get around Bucerias simply by walking. You can also rent a golf cart.

Located in the heart of the Golden Zone / Zona Dorada is the safest area and has many things to do and the beach is just 3 blocks away. Get to see cruise ships coming into Puerto Vallarta and all the parasailing and fishing boats. Cobble stone roads and old trees.

Many boutiques,restaurants, shopping grocery stores and coffee shops. Plaza is 10 min away and walking distance. Hospital is 3 blocks away and a quick 20 min drive from PV Airport. Taxi cab service is at end corner on block for quick and dependable rides.
