We loved our stay. Location was perfect! 3 small things that would definitely not keep me from staying again, but I know it’s the small things. 1) Keurig didn’t work. It ran but the coffee was watered down and not drinkable. 2) There were no curtains on the main window / sliding glass door in the living area. 3) The outlet on the right side of bed is behind the edge of the headboard and difficult to reach. You have to move table and it’s a tight fit. One of my charging box’s was big and wouldn’t fit. Once again, nothing that wouldn’t keep me from staying again. We will definitely be back. On a funny note, there was a vacuum cleaner at the foot of the steps next to walkway that just sat there the days we were there.

Whoever took the photos did a great job because the listing looked so pretty online. The whole place needs a good scrub down. The livingroom furniture is filthy with stains, the master bedroom bed has quite a layer of dirt/dust on it. A single lamp as the light source in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen looks like the Hulk stayed there…the tiles are all cracked and the drawers in the refrigerator are so broken you could cut yourself on them. Even the kitchen counters were coming apart underneath. The dressers & nightstands were so worn half the paint was missing. The place just felt dirty. The wildest part was the bugs- roaches, and we returned from dinner to dozens of tiny black bugs all over the bedroom. No point in calling the management bc we wouldn’t know where to start & nothing would be a quick fix. FYI: The spare bathroom does have a light out and the master bath won’t plug up to use for baths. The beds were squeaky & pretty uncomfortable. I’m disappointed because we had higher hopes. The only saving grace was the location to the beach & the view.

Wonderful visit!

This condo is so sweet! My husband and I truly enjoyed our visit. It was clean, tidy, and perfectly beachy. We also loved that it was just steps away from the beach! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a private & quiet condo right next to the beach.

Girls beach trip

My childhood friend and always take a July beach trip we had more in our group but thru the years they have passed. So Vicki and headed out had a great time . We do this every year and this was the easiest check in and out process we have ever had. Thank you for making this a memorable and stress free experience! We will be back.

We had a nice week-long vacation in this home. We felt safe and relaxed the whole week in this home. To be honest, the home itself is older and has been lightly renovated. There were a couple things that were interesting.. no curtain in the living room to draw at night time and no overhead lighting in the second bedroom. The photos are a little inaccurate for the state of the actual home but, it was not bad. That’s why I’ve removed one star. If you’re looking for a place to stay with kids that is nice but not *too* nice, this is for you.

Florida Getaway!

It was a great place to stay to enjoy the sandy beaches, warm sun and the local restaurants and shops. Fun relaxing and clean! We’ll be back!

Location, Location, Location

Can’t beat the location of this 30A condo! Close to Publix, Surfing Deer and Subway. You are just steps away from the beach! If you want luxury interior design, pass this one by. But if you are looking for great value, nice accommodations and a great management team then this is for you.

You can't beat the accessibility of this place

The view on the back deck looks right into the ocean. You can walk to several nice restaurants and most importantly you are extremely close to the beach. The place has all the amenities we needed and it was clean as well. I would definitely recommend this place just not on the week I am renting it. :)

The Perfect Location!

This cozy condo is nestled in the middle of everything you could possibly need and want. The view and sounds of the ocean from the balcony are incredibly peaceful, and only a few steps away. Perfect location for biking to neighboring towns and beaches. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Lovely Stay!

Condo was clean, beds were comfortable and balcony view was breathtaking! Just few minutes walk down to the beach and to a Tom Thumb. There was also a beach supply store across the street. My only note is that it didn’t have a dining table with chairs on each side for meals and board games. Otherwise it was perfect! Thank you!!

Great little place

Pros: - The view is as advertised and amazing - Master bed is extremely comfortable - Place is very clean and using the key code to enter made it super easy Cons: - Parking gets a little hairy with the nearby other building and parking there too - The fridge would not stay closed all the way. We had to put an extra barstool in front of it when we weren’t using it to ensure it stayed close. Not a big deal with just adults in the place but should be fixed for kids Overall would stay again!

Location on the beach and balcony overlooking the Gulf was great but this unit need serious updating in all aspects The price was good and mgmt was responsive to our requests No cable or dish, only the most basic free streaming

Fall Vacation

Great location great view. Short bike ride to Seaside shops and restaurants. 1.4 miles to be exact. Subway directly across the street for easy lunch. I never cooked so I can't tell you about what was there for utensils. The freezer needs new ice trays. Not much space for a family to sit down and eat. It was decorated cute but I feel the sisal rugs need to be replaced (very dirty) and the upholstrey on the furniture needs a deep cleaning or replaced. Beds were comfortable. The drapes were missing from the sliding doors. Old beach furniture was left by previous people on the patio. All in all I liked the place but personally for the money I think it could use a kitchen update and bathroom updates. Weather was PERFECT! Fall is the best time to go! Easy check in and check out. We needed help with the stuck sliding door and someone came out immediately.

The condo was very much in need of an update. The main two things in its favor was the excellent location on 30-A and the fantastic view of the gulf from he balcony. We did experience major outages with the internet, at times it was down for hours at a time. After much frustration I did contact i/Trip and they quickly arranged for the cable company to check it out. The MediaCom tech was essentially worthless. I figured out the issue myself. It appeared that the owner's router was faulty. Since I did not have access to it because it was in a locked closet, I reset it by tripping the circuit breaker. Everytime I did that, the internet would work again. We did have a few other issues, but both Kathy and Karen responded almost immediately to our concerns and took care of them , I can't say enough good about the iTrip hosts!

Great location!

We enjoyed everything about this property. Everything we needed was provided. Everything was clean and in good condition. We were steps from the beach. The weather was perfect so we were able to open the window and listen to the waves all the time we were in the condo. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

Beachside 10

Perfect unit for family of 4. Directly on the beach with a great 3rd floor balcony view. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, working appliances. There is no elevator but the building only has 3 floors. Beach service for the building is awesome and the beach is less crowded than other areas. Easy bike ride to Seaside. We would stay here again without hesitation.
