I stayed at this property for a month. It’s 2 blocks from the ocean. The bike path is directly behind the property. It’s walking distance to the train station and downtown Oceanside. The unit was perfect for me and my husband. The bedroom has A/C which made sleeping very comfortable. Off street parking was great since parking can be a challenge in Oceanside. Washer and dryer is outside of the unit and easy to use. Came in handy. I had one issue with the toilet( flapper broke). Owner responded very quickly and maintenance was at the unit within the hour to repair it. Owner was great about checking in periodically to see if I needed supplies. I loved my stay here and would rent again.

Exactly what we wanted!

We spent 4 perfect days in the Oceanside / Carlsbad area at this property and it could not have worked out better. Perfect location for the beach, bike rental, food, sight seeing and just plain kicking back. We will definitely stay here again. The accommodations at this location added to the enjoyment of the trip, along with a breakfast restarurant and a market my wife found with the best fruit ever :)

Oceanside vacation

The property was very clean and perfect for my needs. However, I felt the kitchen was a little lacking in amenities. I had some guests over for dinner one night and found there were only two dinner plates. I feel there should be at least four. There were no pot-holders that I could find and we did have a bottle of wine that required a cork screw, which thankfully my daughter was able to provide. As I noted to John, the screen leading out to the little patio off the bedroom needs a little work. It was difficult to open without it coming completely off the track. All in all, I was very satisfied with the property. I did like the proximity to the ocean and the downtown area.

Property was clean and close to the beach. Remodeled with very nice touches and design. We enjoyed our time and would love to come back. Lots of communication from owner before check in. Great experience!

Peaceful Paradise

This place was so relaxing. The neighborhood is fairly quiet. Which was perfect for my solo getaway. It felt very warming and inviting. I loved that the beach was a short walk away. Only downside was that there wasn’t any AC in the living room so it would get quite warm in there. But overall it was a great experience.

Great Stay

Great place for two people. Dedicated parking spot. Very clean. Towels and toiletries provided. Short walk to see the ocean. About a 20 minute walk to get to a spot to actually sit on the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Great place to stay. Private and cozy.

A cute 3 unit complex. Very nice and clean. The shared parking area is really cute and has tables to hangout.. spacious assigned parking spots. Inside it’s cute and cozy with nice TV and a/c. Def recommend it.
