Located in old town Key West, only one block from the famous Duval Street, experience a quiet stay with quick access to all the fun. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch or on the private outside seating area. When you’re not out exploring the nearby historic sites like the Hemingway house (two blocks), Key West lighthouse (one block), or the southernmost point (3 blocks), sit back and kick your feet up in the spacious living room. This home boasts a beautiful kitchen, however, when you don’t feel like cooking, you’ve got so many local restaurants to enjoy delicious meals only a block or two from your stay. Don’t forget to invite your friends and family too! This home sleeps six with a private loft with full bath and queen bed, a master bedroom with King bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. A gem in paradise!

We rented “92 degrees in the shade” for over a month and we loved it! It has a great story about the name as well! Chris has an absolutely beautiful place with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Key West. The attention to detail was not lost on us even down to the roosters on the silverware. Everything was brand new and sparkling clean. The front porch is a great place to people watch while having your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The location is one block from Duval, 2 blocks from the Southernmost Point, the Butterfly Conservatory, the Southernmost restaurant and so much more!! It’s easy walking to the Hemingway House, the Lighthouse and Moondog cafe. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to rent, this is it! Chris was a wonderful host with great communication and we hope to be returning soon. Thank you for a great stay!
