This is a large house and would be suitable for 6-10 people. The four of us had tons of room. The pool was lovely and very warm as promised. The pool furniture could to upgraded to add two more chaise lounges. And the screen around the pool needs a power washing. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The four bar chairs are worn out and should be replaced. The big sectional in the family room could use a cleaning. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fine, but when it said that there would be a bar of soap in each bathroom I didn’t expect it to be a two inch long bar. There was no soap and no hand towel in the powder room. All of the towels, both in the bathrooms and the pool towels, are very low quality. Small, thin, scratchy. There was only one washcloth and one hand towel in each bathroom. All the towels should be upgraded. The house has very close neighbors but surprisingly the neighborhood was very quiet. It isn’t a place where I would take rowdy children who are going to make a lot of noise in the pool due to the close proximity of neighbors. The house is very sparsely decorated. It could use upgrading. Also there were three remotes for the system in the family room and according to the book there was supposed to be a written guide for using them but there was not. There was a chalk board that was supposed to have the WiFi password written on it but it was blank. Overall this is a nice place but it needs some upgrading and attention to detail.
