Great location - Poor Management
This was supposed to be a weekend getaway with the grandkids.
Pulled up and home was snowed in. Couldn't access the home for 2 hours until the owner found someone to come and shovel the snow. Then the downstairs flooded and he said there were wipes in the pipes, however, we were not there long enough for that to happen. Then the heat did not work downstairs in the lower section. So basically, we paid for 3 story home and only were able to use 2/3's. The owner stated he would give me a refund if I did not review him, however, he only refunded me part. Seems like this is his motive. All bells and whistles until the bells go off. The neighbor is also a busy body and called the owner because my grandkids were playing the snow in the yard. What a concept, kids wanting to be outside. Owner needs to address the issues in the home before he rents again.
