Kick back and relax in this beautiful 1 bedroom Ocean view condo in a historic building just steps from famed Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and its white sand beach. We are on the quieter north end but walking distance to the excitement if you like: 10 min to the Marriott, 20 min to Margaritaville, Hollywood Amphitheater & Charnow Park. Also 15 minutes driving to FLL, Las Olas; 20 min to Hard Rock Hotel, 30 min to Stadium. Just below the unit is a shared communal patio for sunbathing, reading or morning coffee.
We provide linens, towels, cooking utensils, and starters of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea and detergent. Coin laundry with Wash App is just downstairs.
Parking is available in the building, first-come, first-parked, as there are 15 spaces for 21 units. Must provide car make/color/tag before parking and must display the provided parking decal. No oversize vehicles. Meter parking on streets around the building is available.
Hollywood Sun Shuttle runs on A1A just west of the building and is a perfect way to reach further areas like Arts Park, historic downtown, and cultural activities.

We fell in love with this property and how close it was to the beach. It is what we always wanted in a beach getaway -- beautiful beach steps away, quiet relaxing area, nice neighbors, fun and exciting activities, restaurants and entertainment a few minutes' walk away. We also like that it is a 2 story building and liken it to a cabana -- so close that you can enjoy the beach with only a chair and a towel and walk back for a snack.
The unit is perfect for a single or couple, comfortable for 3 adults and even 2 adults and 2 children.

We are perfectly situated in the quieter north section of the Broadwalk, surrounded by residences, not hotels. Yet, we are a few minutes' walking from the excitement, restaurants and bars south, including Oceans 13, Le Tub, Margaritaville, Taverna Opa and many others. We also love to walk north to the Dania pier, passing North Park, the sea turtle center, and beautiful houses and views along the way. Just to the west is the Anne Kolb nature center and kayak rentals to explore the mangroves. A free shuttle takes us to the center of Hollywood, Young Circle, Arts Park, and shops. So much to do nearby, but the beach is always our favorite pastime.
