Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is exactly like the pictures--and absolutely beautiful! Never have we stayed in a rental home that was this clean, and the close proximity to the beach was unbeatable. It had everything our family of 11 needed, plus so many thoughtful extras. We made so many wonderful family memories here, and we would absolutely stay again!

Perfect Week

Accommodations were perfect for 3 couples. Backyard setting with pool and hot tub was nestled within a canopy of trees plus easy walk to the beach. Kitchen was a bit small but manageable

This Property is Amazing!

We looooved the property and had a great time! Island Time was easy to work with. My only grievance was the hidden fees with Vrbo. If I would have booked only though Island Time, it would have saved over $1,000.

Beautiful home in Palmetto Dunes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was even better than the photos - we loved the decor and layout and it worked perfectly for our two families - four adults and nine kids. The kids especially loved the loft with tv in the downstairs bedroom for movie time in the evenings. The kitchen was small but was very well supplied in terms of plates and utensils. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. The kids also enjoyed the pool table and ping pong out by the pool! The walk to the beach daily was not too far and very accessible by bike. The pool out back was a perfect ending spot after a day at the beach! Our only suggestions for visitors would be to bring some cleaning supplies (there were none provided) and some basics for kitchen like salt, pepper, oil, etc if you plan to cook (none provided).

Beyond Compare

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved our stay and the accommodations. Home is very comfortable and the pool and amenities were top notch. With several people in our party over 6'5", we loved all the tall showers in the bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked including tools for grilling out. The ping pong table and pool table got tons of use from our older children and the pool was top notch (specifically the size and amount of sun...mid morning to around 3pm during beginning of June) and the surrounding landscaping was very well done. Had deer walking through the property several times in the morning and evening hours. The back deck was so tranquil for morning coffee. Will definitely be back!
