The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was great as it was within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. The beach access was immediately across the street so it was a very easy walk even with a small cooler and chairs. The private deck provided sunshine from the early morning which lasted all day including into the evening that one could see the sunset. Without question would stay there again.

Beautiful!

We had the best stay here! Everything was so clean and the beach is right across the street! The views from the back deck are incredible, and everything is within walking distance, which was so nice! The property manager was very responsive and welcoming! We can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect Location

Great place for a couple to stay. Close to beach access and walking trail along beach. Great for morning walks. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Over all great stay!

Awesome stay!

Great stay

Great location, very clean, and didn’t have to worry about any cleanup. Good pictures of us I would recommend.

Cozy and close to everything

Wife and I spent four nights here. Everything is clean. Interiors have been updated recently. Very short walk to the beach and to the fun on Bridge Street.

Great location!!

Very nice, convenient to beach and restaurants. Host was great to deal with. Many repairs needed; screen door on sliders to deck, blinds on windows. Overall, it was fantastic

Cute convenient spot

Property was as described. Plenty of towels and extra beach stuff provided! Perfect sized space for a couple. My boyfriend and I had a blast in Brandenton. Everything was very convenient to the apartment :)

Christmas break

Sam the host was very communicative and easy to deal with, letting us check in early. Property is as described, very nice and great location. Only comment is the kitchen could do with some more utensils, such as baking / grill trays so you can use the oven, we would definitely stay again.

Small family visit was great

My daughter and I came to stay right after Christmas to visit with my mom who lives nearby. Location was phenomenal - right across the street from the beach and around the corner from bridge street shops and restaurants. There are some small condition issues (dings in wall, paint touch ups needed) but overall the unit is comfortable for a small family and nicely furnished. Rooftop deck is a bonus with comfy table and sofas. Would definitely stay again.

Good stay!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this place. It’s right across from the beach and right near Bridge Street. I would say that we didn’t like that It wasn’t very private. If someone books the downstairs at the same time that you booked the upstairs, there’s not a lot of privacy. but we would definitely recommend to a couple traveling. Overall, it was a really good stay and we are enjoyed our week there.

Good location

This is located central to shops, dinning and beach. Kind of an odd placement as this is in back of other rental units. Once there it turned out to be pretty private considering how tight the buildings are to each other. Everything you need is provided and the unit was clean. The bedroom was pretty small so only access to the bed was from one side. Over all a good place to experience Bradenton Beach.

Mother’s Day Getaway

Great location across the street from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants. Our favorite part was the location and the patio. The down fall was cleanliness. Bathroom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned properly. Hair, dirt everywhere. Also the AC in the bedroom was very loud.

Perfect location.

The location was great with closeness to Bridge St. The patio is really nice. The furniture was very comfortable. The view is not what the picture shows in the ad. The kitchen is a bit bare bones. No bowls or cooking sheets. It’s very small which we figured but being in our 60s, we needed the bed accessible from both sides. My husband had to sleep on the pull out which the mattress was so thin, we had to buy a 4 inch memory pad. It’s a nice place for a long weekend though. We stayed 2 weeks which was too long in the apt.
