The owners of Unit 865 spared no expense and left no stone unturned in designing this exquisite property. With windows spanning the entire south and east side of the condo and no condo building blocking the views, this is the one!

The King Master Suite resides at the rear of the unit with a comfy King Bed and enormous master bath with a soaking tub and a walk-in, stand-alone shower. A 2nd Queen bedroom provides an en-suite full bath for privacy and is perfect for extended family. The 3rd bedroom tucked down the hallway features two bunks with the 3rd bathroom right across the hall. All bedroom’s sport HD Flat Screens!

The living and dining areas boast coastal decor that is sure to please. The breakfast nook is a perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee and taking in the incredible views. Make your morning coffee in the Keurig or the Drip Coffee Maker. 42" cabinets, granite counters and a full stocked kitchen await to cook up family meals! Finally, there is the expansive patio with full size dining table, chaise loungers and high top.

This was our 3rd time staying here, we keep coming back because it is perfect. Love the community, the view is amazing and love the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and easy to relax in. There are great restaurants nearby as well as grocery & other stores. The management company is very responsive and great to work with if needed. We'll be back for a 4th visit!

Gorgeous views

Family of 5 stayed for a long weekend. The weather was not good but can’t control that!! The condo is great!! Plenty of room, large kitchen and beautiful views. It was a wonderful weekend and we enjoyed the condo very much!!

Fabulous Vacation!

The condo was exceptionally clean and well cared for. The ocean views were stunning from the balcony and the condo itself. The resort's amenities were well-maintained, and the Grille poolside was managed professionally with good food and drinks. We enjoyed our vacation immensely and plan to come back soon. Thank you!

Had a great stay. Beautiful view, very clean. Close to the pool and amenities. I didn't realize it was 6th floor, was disappointed at first until I saw the elevator. Elevator was good and no wait. Parking great. Loved our stay. Would book again.

OMG, this was an amazing vacation! the location of the property was perfect! It was exactly as described. The condo was immaculate! The view was breath taking and the owner was o easy to deal with. Good time had by All!

Place was "as advertised". Pros: location, kitchen was furnished with good & plenty of equipment, dishes, etc. Everything worked! Clean (important) LR furniture comfortable. Great view and proximity to ocean. Cons: Beds were not comfortable, a little lumpy, needs replacing.

40th Birthday Mom's Trip

5 moms looking to celebrate and relax at the beach was a complete success. The condo was in perfect condition and so beautifully decorated. Kitchen was stocked with housewares and livingroom stocked with entertainment. We loved dining out on the balcony and watching the pelican fly by, enjoyed the full moon and ocean breeze at night and the bad weather one day had us in the livingroom completing puzzles together. It was just what we all needed. We will definitely be back to this unit again.

Brought a brand new one early the next morning. Very spacious condo that is tastefully decorated. Huge balcony with plenty of places for everyone to sit and relax. All the dishes you need to cook a great meal. Security guard gate into neighborhood made us feel extra safe. The only place really close by is a Publix (more things about 15 minutes away) but we used Instacart a lot so it wasn’t a big deal if you forgot to grab something. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was as described. Enough sleeping for our party of 8. We arrived about 45 minutes ahead of check in time and the condo was ready. Living room furniture was comfortable and bed in master bedroom was comfortable. However, the bed in the queen room was VERY uncomfortable. Our party described it as "sleeping on springs with a sheet over it." Definitely needs to be replaced. Beds in the bunk room were acceptable, but could use an update to mattresses.Please be prepared to wait for the elevator! It was the SLOWEST elevator I have ever seen. And there is only ONE elevator for each building! We were on the 6th floor and if you took the stairs up 6 flights, you would arrive before the elevator.Another con was you cannot store any beach accessories in the garage behind your car. So you have to either put everything in your car or drag it up to your room every day! The complex also has "Security" that goes around looking for violations to this policy. We received a "violation" notice because one of our party left 2 beach chairs behind their car just long enough to go to the room for the key! At checkout, we were instructed to strip the bedsheets from any beds used (which is no problem). However, when we took the pillow cases off the master bedroom pillows, we found dried blood on the actual pillow (GROSS)!!If this condo was located somewhere OUTSIDE the golf complex, we would consider renting again. But we will most likely not rent again at this complex.

Reviewer Comments: the overall property #865 and general Cin Bch condos are great, we love staying here --> however, having stayed at several other units within this complex, we found #865 surprisingly disappointing, in small details: -no general salt/pepper/seasonings/etc provided-minimal supply of (dollar-store) TP & PT products-could use more cookware (skillet, tupperware, etc)-other than the main family room, the bedrooms have the tiniest TVs' I've seen in years. don't need HUGE ones everywhere, but a small computer monitor size in the master BR is pretty sad.-the kitchen knives need to be replaced, or at least sharpened. this tiny detail made one evening's meal far more of a chore than expected, it's almost comical. I realize these are minor, but we have come to expect sufficient supplies and "extras" as experienced at other units throughout CBVR units. upgrade some things comparable to what other owners provide, and this unit would be a home run, esp on the top floor.Another recommendation: the outside porch on the top floor is excellent, with a great view. Would be awesome to have more seating i.e. couch sectional, or at least outdoor furniture that was in good shape (not torn, and repaired, or flimsy) I realize some guests can be rough, but for the rental cost, it's not unreasonable to expect comparable accommodations as found at other units.One last thing: other reviews mention the "rocky beach" and while that is expected in this area, it is especially bad down this far by bldg 900; even dangerous and sharp. be careful in the water! note: far less rocks and danger near the northern end of the complex.communication from CBVR staff is always excellent, timely, and complete. great staff and mgmt, always helpful. pools and fitness center are adequate, and very nice area, easy to get around. Gotta know what to expect with the rocky beach down here. Just would not stay at this particular unit #865 again

The condo and resort were in good shape, but the beach and boardwalk to the beach are still in dire need of repair. I was hoping to see some signs of recovery, but there is a delay in getting things completed. We have another reservation in September 2023 that we may opt to cancel due to lack of repair. The condo unit itself is awesome, but the beach conditions are not good for vacationing.
