Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice room

Check in/out was easy. Nice room. Wonderful pools inside and out. Easy walk to the beach, food and shops. Only problem was not enough toilet paper.

Great stay!

Booking was easy, unit (202) was super clean and comfortable! Fitness room overlooks the beach, indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, 2 kiddie pools, 2 hot tubs makes for plenty of room even when no vacancy status! Our room had a great location next to the elevator and right over the pool with full views of the beach!

Poor

Everything was outdated. Bed and living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Being next to the elevator, ice machine and vending machine we heard noise all night. All night both nights people being loud in the parking garage. We could hear from the bed every time someone turned on the water. We have stayed at the Camelot many times over the years but we don't have any plans to stay again.

Our stay was enjoyable. We liked the living room area and the balcony was great. The little lawn out front was a nice change from all the pool decks on other resorts, the touch of greenery from the grass made a huge difference. And the park area with swings beside the building was a nice addition. I loved that the resort had a theme, it made it unique. The reason I didn’t give this resort an excellent was because the lady at the front desk wasn't very welcoming, and communication wasn't fantastic. We were told in the description when we booked that there was a Dunkin Donuts on site, but when we went down for breakfast the first day, we found out it had closed and there was no mention of it when we'd arrived. We were also given laundry and dishwashing detergent in our room, but there was no washer and dryer or dishwasher in our room, only the coin laundry downstairs, which was very odd. I also expected a little more from the beach bar on the pool deck, but there was an italian ice cart, so that was nice. The worst thing we experienced was the floor in our room was so dirty that it made the bottoms of our feet black. We had to keep our one year old in his packnplay the whole time we were in the room, and keep socks on our toddler and us. I get hotel floors are nasty, but this one was the worst I've seen. The carpet needs a serious cleaning. Overall, the resort and the beach in front wasn't too busy this year, and we enjoyed our stay.

Anniversary get-away

Room not updated very nicely, furniture very cheap and unconfirmed. Bedroom opened directly into the parking garage. Swapping of bedroom and living room would provide provide better security

Convenient,but...

My family enjoyed their stay at camelot. We enjoyed the amenities and the convenience to the beach. The room is located on the 2nd floor, so it was really convenient getting to the pools, utilizing the beach access and cutting the wait time for the elevator in half. However, there are 3 big palm trees blocking the view of the ocean when you're on the balcony, so you arent able to get a great view of the ocean.. BUT, if you have family you are wanting to supervise in the pool while you're in the room, this is a perfect spot for you. Also, the room is located in the parking garage, which is convenient and makes the room easily accessible, but you do hear the cars and loud music when you're trying to sleep. The resort also advertises that there is a Dunkin Donuts inside of the resort, but it has been permanently closed down for a few months. I think this room accommodates a lot of people and or families, but we will be staying in a different room next time.

Loved Our Stay

Our first time staying and we will be back! Still taking COVID precautions, but any time we requested anything, we were given plenty...towels, coffee, etc. Our room had all of the furnishings needed: dishes, cookware, paper towels. Room was very clean, but around the vents in the wall need to be cleaned and the tables had water marks. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay and definitely will return!

We cant wait to go back!

Clean, comfy beds, convenient location to the beach, several pools to choose from. The staff were so nice and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

The best place to stay at Myrtle Beach

Booking the room was easy the people at the front desk think one of their names is Susie she was friendly actually everyone at the front desk was phenomenal, room was beyond clean. They have security, parking was great!! I cannot day enough good things , we will be staying there every time we go to the beach. Thank you!!!!
