Want to be close to a beautiful beach and the little fishing village of Kailua Kona? If so this place is for you. Magic sand is just 1.2 miles away where you can body surf/body board, sunbath, eat at the beach grill or grab a shave ice. Center of Kailua kona is only 2 miles away with tons of restaurant’s and shops. There is also a trolly you can walk to that take you up and down Alii dr.

Very welcoming, had lots of extras to share (chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel gear). Had a lovely time and would stay again.

We loved this studio. It was quiet and within easy access of the bay. The studio was roomy, clean, and beautifully decorated. It was easy to find and parking was an ease! The lanai was wonderful to sit out on, enjoy the birds and wonderful yard.

We only stayed one night so can’t really comment on a lot. The place was super cute and clean. My one suggestion would be to take the screen between the bedroom and living area outside and hose it down. It really needs a deep clean.

Very good central location. Near shops and restaurants as well as snorkeling, kayaking and hiking. We enjoyed meeting the property owners Kim and Scott. The studio was fun, bright, cheerful, and had everything we needed. Thank you!

Perfect for Long Weekend Getaway

Comfortable and well equipped

The place was very cozy and comfortable. The place had everything we need. The host really put a lot of thought of the needs of the guest. The bathroom was older but still clean.

Outstanding location, easy drive to anything in Kona (restaurants, shore line, highway, etc). Great place for those on a budget with everything needed for a short or longer stay (we stayed 8 nights).
