The place is super cute and well thought out for guests. Great location as it is close to both the hospital and clinic as well as restaurants. Dina was super responsive and cared about our stay. Will definitely book again!

This home is a gem. My husband and I stayed at the Asfar House for a week. After a day at the Mayo Clinic it was a pleasure to come back and relax in this charming home in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were thoughtful in every detail to make this a pleasant stay. We will be back.

Very clean property. Easy walking distance to St Mary’s and Mayo Clinic which is important with all the street construction. Owners were very responsive with any questions we had.

The house was really nice, clean, and exactly like the pictures! The snack basket was very appreciated and the owners are super kind and quick to respond to any and all questions! Great location and really comfortable home. My sister didn’t want to get out of the bed upstairs, it was too comfortable! All the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Rochester visit

Perfect location within very easy walk of both Mayo hospitals and numerous dining options. Clean and set up very well for any traveler. Owners were very proactive with great communication.

Mayo Clinic Stay

House was the perfect location for 3 siblings to stay while attending 3 days of tests at the Mayo Clinic. House was clean, cozy & comfortable. Very happy with the accommodations! Definitely would come back again.

Great Property !

This is such a nice place to stay. We would definitely stay here again on any return trip to Rochester. Great location and the property is so cute and well maintained in a quiet neighborhood. All the luxuries of home! If you’re headed to Rochester, you can’t go wrong with this property !

Adorable, fair priced & perfect MAYO location!!

This was our first VRBO experience & it was absolutely perfect!! The house was just as pictured & very clean. Perfect location for MAYO & having a park so close by was an added benefit for our 2 year old!! Thank you for being amazing hosts 😊

Fantastic stay in Rochester

We needed a place to stay while getting my father to appointments at Mayo Clinic. This was a beautiful, comfortable, quiet house close by. Communication with owners was easy and we didn’t have any issues with the property. The house is darling and has been updated beautifully. Thanks for a great experience!

Perfect Stay for Mayo Visit

Because this stay was for a hospital stay at Mayo for my father, our dates were fluid. Dina was very good at responding right away and was flexible when we needed to stay an extra night. The house had everything we needed, was in a great neighborhood, was close to Mayo, and even comes with an adorable bunny in the backyard.

Great stay while visiting Mayo Clinic

Cute, clean, and great location while going to appointments at Mayo Clinic. We stayed here for a week and enjoyed our stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to the hospital and several great restaurants. Was so nice to have extra space to relax between doctors appointments. The backyard patio was a great bonus. Our hosts had everything we needed for a comfortable and clean stay. Will definitely stay here again when in Rochester!

Was exactly what we were looking for in a place to stay. Cute, Comfortable, Close, Clean and Private. Everything in the kitchen was stocked up so we did not have to go buy any condiments, or spices. Daily cleaning supplies available. Glad we booked this place.

Cozy, convenient, and communicative!

This place was wonderful. Really clean, comfy space. Well-stocked with coffee, tea, mugs, spices, kitchen utensils, etc. Loved how we could walk to the clinic (on the nicer days) and not bother with parking downtown. Host communication was the best I've ever experienced. They really will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is five stars!We really enjoyed pastries from Don Panchos bakery, coffee from Cafe Steam on Broadway, deli sandwiches from Great Harvest, and basically everything from the Taco Lab truck. Walgreens and Fresh Thyme are very close by if you forget or need any items. The walking path in the park was fantastic. We truly couldn't have asked for a better location!

Clean, quiet, comfortable home close to Mayo Clinic

The home was clean, cozy, renovated, and within walking distance to the Mayo Clinic. I had open heart surgery, so we needed a quiet place to recovery. The place had ample space for our family, and I appreciated the coffee and tea options, especially on cold days. The location is perfect if you’re a Mayo Clinic patient. There was plenty of dinning options close by, as well as a grocery store and pharmacy. I highly recommend the home if you’re looking for a clean and quiet place within walking distance to the Mayo Clinic. Dina, the host, was very responsive and made the whole process seem seamless. Beautiful place

Mother had Mayo Appointment for 4 days . So close to Mayo love that. Kitchen is so beautiful ! I love to cook would have been better with nonstick pans. Microwave was so cool. Pillows and beds were very comfortable. Very clean ! Will come again . Upstairs needed fan for hot weather .

Wonderful, cozy property

My daughter and I stayed in this property while visiting Mayo. Having a first floor bedroom and bathroom are important to us. The proximity to each of the Mayo locations is maybe 5 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and near everything needed, including Hy-Vee. The home is absolutely wonderful and cozy. The kitchen had everything needed. The living room is super comfortable. All the bedrooms have bedside tables and lamps (might seem like a given, but I’ve been surprised by some that didn’t in past stays). The owners have done a terrific job updating and maintaining the property. They are great communicators. Check-in was easy. The welcome/instruction binder was very detailed and appreciated, as were the welcome snacks. Highly recommend! One of our favorites in Rochester.

Perfect for Mayo Visit

This property was close to coffee shops, grocery stores, and both Mayo hospitals. I would recommend having a car as we did not most of the time and had to use Uber. It would be possible to walk to Mayo, depending on your reason for visiting. Super quick Uber though and a perfect, cute little house to stay in with responsive and flexible hosts! Thank you for everything!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful home!

The owners were amazing, quick to respond and the house was perfect. Exactly as pictured with a few extra amenities! Perfect location, a short few minute walk to Mayo and close to other restaurants and stores. Couldn't ask for more!
