Very comfortable stay, house was very clean and a homey atmosphere! It was nice because they kept the snow cleared the entire time we were there! Would definitely stay in one of Brock‘s houses again!

Clean, renovated, and comfortable home. Great value for 3 bedrooms with off street parking. Kitchen and bath have numerous extras. Quiet inside for being located just off the main road. Host communicated well throughout.

We had a very nice stay at this house. The owner responded to my questions prior to our stay promptly and, because everything in the house was in such good working order, there was no need for questions after check in. The house is very conveniently located near the Mayo clinic and hospitals, and is also near some very good restaurants from which we had to do take out but that was fine. Everything store we needed was only a short distance away. The house itself was perfect for our daughter to recover for a few days following surgery. We would definitely hope to be able to stay here again if we need to be in Rochester again.

The property was lovely. Updated, very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, the beds were really nice and we appreciated having a tv in one of the bedrooms. The living room had comfortable and ample seating. Shops and Mayo are just minutes away. And the host was great at communicating check-in and check-out details in advance. Happy to recommend and would definitely book again.

Broc answered any questions I had quickly clearly. The home was clean and cozy. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything thing we needed and more. The house was also conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants and was a very quick, under 5 minutes drive to the Mayo clinic.

The house was SO CLEAN and beautiful! Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with supplies. The neighborhood was quiet. The host had great communication and was very helpful and understanding. It really made our trip so much less stressful. We’re already planning to stay again in the future. Thank you for having us!
