Perfect Retreat for Families and Friends - sleeps 14 comfortably

Welcome to Oakbourne House, where all your vacation needs are met. This beautifully decorated home has everything you need. With 4 King/Queen bedrooms and 3 double twin bedrooms in this 3,700 square foot house, you'll have plenty of space to spread out and have fun. Each twin room has its own theme for your Mickey & Minnie fans, Minions wannabes and Harry Potter-heads. Our home has 2 comfortable living areas for everyone to spread out and a separate game room in the garage to play ping pong, pool, poker, or watch TV. Speaking of TVs, there are 10 TVs in this house so no fighting for that remote control - each TV is set up with all your favorite streaming services - just use your personal credentials and enjoy all your favorite shows.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would want to make home cooked meals for your family including an Instant Pot, rice cooker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, stainless steel pots and pans, spices, salt, pepper, oil and much more.

And what would a vacation be without the ability to relax in your own private pool right in the backyard! The screened-in area provides mosquito free enjoyment all day and night long. Want a little more action - just walk on over to the Solterra Resort pool. Enjoy free access to the water slide, lazy river, gym, tennis courts, playground and cafe.

And for the littlest ones : we provide a pool safety fence, use of a stroller, Pack-N-Play, high chair and stair gate. Feel free to reach out with any additional requests and we will see what we can do. Plastic plates, cups and toddler utensils are also available.

Housekeeping: The house is professionally cleaned before each check-in. There is no daily housekeeping but a mid-week towel and linen change after 4 days is available upon request for an additional $100 fee.

Toiletries: No need to worry about checking in soap and shampoo - we provide large containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No more little wasteful bottles! Of course, feel free to bring your own if you'd like.

Pool Heat: $35 per day (min 2 days). Please notify us at least 3 days in advance. Please note, in winter months, pool may not warm above 80 degrees. No refunds.

BBQ Grill: $50 per stay - covers cleaning fees (you are responsible for getting/filling propane tank).

Guest access: As our guests, you will have private access to the entire home (except a few locked closets). Parking in the driveway is available for 2 cars only. Additional on- street parking for registered guests in designated and marked spaces.

Other things to note: Please be aware, the house does have external cameras installed in the front and side of the house for safety precautions (no cameras inside the house). Only registered guests will be allowed access to the home - absolutely no parties allowed. Access by unregistered guests is cause for cancellation of reservation. No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed on property.
