Awesome 1 bedroom apartment. Downtown Doral. Spectacular golf course and city views. Shopping, Restaurants, and Cafes are walking distance. 15 minutes from the Airport. Less than a mile from City Place Doral, a wonderful spot for Dining, Shopping, Ice Cream, Bowling, Coffee, Movie Theater, etc. Building has pool (temporarily closed but guests can use the twin tower pool), Gym. 1 private parking space.

Great view of Doral Golf

Very nice unit in a great building in a terrific locaction. Close to the airport and many nice restaurants all in walking distance.We had check in issues similar to the 1 poor review but it got resolved and the host actively communicated after that during the course of our stay to ensure all was okay.

Location and apartment good, host communication terrible

I messaged the host the day before check in and was told I would receive check in instructions at noon the day of (which is not typical to begin with, that’s late, but ok). At 5 pm day of, still no communication/response from host. I had to make several calls to VRBO to get help. They forwarded me some check in information. Then I finally heard from host, so I used those directions. They gave me the wrong apt and code to get in, I literally walked in to an occupied unit! I found what VRBO sent, used that, and got into the right unit. I didn’t sleep well because I thought if they could do that once, what prevents them from giving someone my apt/ code? I’ll never use this host again, not willing to take the chance. I also did not get any checkout instructions or messages. They are obviously not paying attention. I’ve never had this experience at a VRBO.

Unfortunately Jessica has a valid complaint. After so many years managing dozens of properties around South Florida, we sent Jessica the wrong set of instructions. There are some things that VRBO does not automate and sending check in instructions is one of them. We made a mistake. Fortunately Jessica had no other complaints about the quality, cleanliness, and superb location of this apartment, which we are certainly proud of. For future guests we will be extra careful sending the right check in information and rest assured you will receive the great quality apartments we thrive to deliver.
